As the clock struck five on a bustling Saturday evening, we found ourselves stepping into the familiar embrace of Red Lobster, hopeful for a delightful dining experience. However, our journey began on rocky shores as the hostess, perhaps overwhelmed by the evening rush, led us to a table already claimed by unseen diners.Undeterred by this initial hiccup, we settled in, eagerly awaiting the attention of our waiter. Alas, it seemed patience was the catch of the day as fifteen long minutes drifted by before our drink orders were finally taken.Thankfully, the coconut shrimp appetizer provided a glimmer of hope amidst the rocky start. Its crispy exterior and succulent interior offered a momentary respite from our growing hunger.Yet, our hopes were soon dashed upon the presentation of the Surf & Turf, a dish that fell far short of its enticing description on the menu. The lobster, though flavorful, hung unappetizingly from its shell, a disappointing sight indeed. The steak, meanwhile, lacked the promised sizzle, its flavor falling flat amidst the sea of disappointment.To add insult to injury, the ketchup dish rudely intruded upon our plates, while the random sprinkling of parsley seemed like an afterthought rather than a thoughtful garnish.In the end, our evening at Red Lobster proved to be a tale of unmet expectations and culinary missteps. While the coconut shrimp offered a brief moment of satisfaction, the overall experience left much to be desired. We departed, vowing to seek out calmer waters for our next dining adventure.

Always a nice treat to go to Red Lobster and get some biscuits with friends and family on special occasions, this Red Lobster is no different, with great, attentive staff!

The meals were hot and made perfect...but the best part was the waitress...Patience was so good at her job...made our night.. talked with Sarah the manager...she was also really great...easy to tell that management cares... staff is on point. Highly recommend Wooster red lobster....great work

Food was coming out very slow. My understanding the chef was not commuting with the line cooks and server. Stuff set in Window long time. People was not getting all there food at the same time it was terrible. Steak was very salty and pasta sauce very dry. I think they need Gorden Ramsey there to fix the kitchen staff

What happened to Red Lobster? The quality and service are nothing like it used to be. I should have left when we walked in and the smell was bad. Once seated, fruit flies wouldn't leave us alone. Very hard to enjoy yourself when you are constantly swatting things away from your food and drink. The restaurant was not at all busy, but it took forever to get our food. The appetizer was not fully cooked, which made it not very good. I ordered a salad which I never received, even though the server said it would be right out when my meal was served. The clam chowder would normally come w at least two packs of crackers for a bowl. I received one. Even after I requested additional crackers, the server came back to the table without them and I had to ask again. They used to serve multiple biscuits and keep refilling the basket. We were half finished with our meal before we received any and there was no refill. Horrible experience!

New seafood stuffed mushrooms taste terrible...very fishy. Def liked the original ones better. Also new fried scallops not as good as previous ones.

Red Lobster is an okay alternative when you want seafood and have no other options. The food is decent and they offer numerous options. A decent casual place for lunch or dinner.
