OMG!! I ordered the deep dish Chicago style pizza and it was AMAZING!! I believe that may be my favorite pizza now!! Thank you so much for the AMAZING pizza! I will definitely be back! Btw the service was exceptional. A very friendly crew.

I accidentally ordered thru door dash who never delivered my food. I called Romeo's and they couldn't have nicer. They credited my account with door dash and replaced the pizza's. The food was fantastic and they went above and beyond taking care of me. Thank you very much.

Order pizza for delivery tonight. Best pizza I've eve gotten from here! I haven't gotten it alot, maybe a handful of times since they opened on Wooster. But tonight's was the best by far and delivery was on time!

We had a recent in-office seminar and reached out to Romeos since our regular sources were closed.They delivered exactly on time with excellent food that we all enjoyed and appreciated. They even did a follow up to see how things turned out, which was very impressive.Very highly recommend them.

Recently tried to place an order for dinner time delivery and everything I inquired about they claim they were out of or no longer made. I asked for a meatball sandwich. Sorry we dont make subs anymore. I ask for a Stromboli, I was given the same response. I asked about wings and the person taking the order got rude and used some inappropriate language. So I took my business elsewhere.

I previously was a regular customer, however after my last visit I will spend my money at one of the other pizza places from now on. I ordered two pizzas and a order of their jojos. My wife went to pick up the order and they didn't give us our jojos. So I called the store they said they forgot them and I could return to get them. The employee apologized and said he would give us a free order and we could come pick them up. I drove all the way back to get them when I arrived the rude manager was at the counter and I explained why I was there and the response I got was well you didn't speak to me on the phone. I don't know who I spoke to but it was not important. Then the rude manager walked over to my order and took the FREE order out and gave me the first now ice cold order of jojos.And kept the free order I guess because I didn't speak to him on the phone. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE......
