I used to love this place. I was a regular there for years. I started going there when they were still at the old location on market Street, and I was seriously considering having my book release party there later this year. I always got the Fish Called Wanda and the Young Frankenstein smoothie (that was before they took that one off the menu.) Over the years, the quality of the food went way down hill, the last few times my sandwich (which is essentially a tuna melt) wasn't even heated. But, in all the times I went in there, I never met the female owner until my last time there. She was so rude that I'll never give her another dollar. Completely uncalled for.Now I go to Muddy's where I've always been treated wonderfully and they actually know how make a tuna melt.

From out of town. Really wanted to like it. But was just underwhelmed. Cute atmosphere but the chairs were dirty, and my Zimmy Sandwich was pretty bare. Bread tasted old and very dry. There was supposed to be cranberry slaw, which I was really excited for- but I bit into one cranberry on the whole sandwich. I considered giving two stars, but it’s the kind of place I really want to see succeed. My boyfriend’s sandwich bread was also dry, and his potato salad had no flavor at all. Also, the smoothies don’t tell you what ingredients they use. Would have liked to see what’s actually going into my Pineapple Express. Spent a lot of money for everything to be kinda meh.

Spoon, this place is an awesome restaurant. The decor , the atmosphere, the people that work there are all great. The sandwiches all taste great. As a side you get chips, khale chips, tots or fries. Plenty to choose from even if you have a picky eater like my family. If in Wooster make this a must do on your day trip.

Portions are a bit small for the price and every time I've been here they goof up my order. It's good food when I am able to eat, but waiting while everyone is eating is a tad annoying.

Food is good but you get so little. The sandwiches are really small, smaller than the last time I was here, and the smoothies and salads tiny too. Extremely overpriced and disappointing.

Was in there earlier and heard the older woman who owns the place yelling at a customer and calling them names. Left without even ordering and will never go back. I refuse to support a business that verbally abuses customers. And from the other reviews I see the owner is also a racist, so that's one more reason to not give them any of my money.

We really appreciate places that offer vegetarian options and an interesting atmosphere.Vegetarian options: My husband had The Doctor Strangelove sandwich made with mushrooms.Parking: We noticed when we left on a Sat. that the street parking was filling up more. We had a late lunch at around 3:00 so the dinner crowd was arriving as we left.Wheelchair accessibility: There were no steps into the restaurant & tables further back that would accommodate a wheelchair.

Rude people, felt like a burden being there. Over heard the owner say a racist comment that made all of us feel uncomfortable. My sandwich was thrown towards me and had a crumbled up tissue paper in it. Disgusting, never coming back.

I stopped in for lunch while on a business trip. What a gem of a place! The food was served quickly and was delicious. There a plenty of meat and vegetarian options. I look forward to returning.

A really good restaurant great service you can reserve certain spots if you need to and overall just a great place they even have a little play zone for children while you wait for your food or that'll keep your kids distracted all in all I would definitely recommend for a family
