Went through the drive through with a friend of mine. I ordered a Pink Drink and she got an iced coffee. The person taking our order was extremely rude. Was rushing us. And then my drink and i got it the standard way nothing fancy was extremely sweet to the point i almost didnt drink it. Went back a couple days later i got the same thing so did my friend. She got her iced coffee extremely fast. And i believe it was about 5 minutes of waiting at the drive through window for my Venti Pink Drink. Worst service and experiences with any starbucks i have ever been too.

I don't buy their coffee...but they are in a horrible location..the line.is so long it blocks the.dental office..handicapped people can hardly get to the handicapped parking spaces. They need their.own lot with no one around them..

Twice in a month I’ve used the order app where I was 15 min away and when I arrived I STILL had to wait 10+ minutes for a simple coffee. What’s the point of order ahead when you still have to wait!

Java Chip Frap w an espresso shot.. mmm food items are a joke and WAY overpriced. Drinks are overpriced too but good at least.
The parking lot is a little annoying, but the Starbucks itself is great. I don't really like coffee so I normally get an iced chai tea, but needed a caffeine boost. I tried the white chocolate mocha with vanilla sweet cream and it was delicious and well caffeinated to keep me going for the rest of my shift. This will be my go to coffee drink. I ordered a pickup order from the app and it took about 20 minutes, but it timed out perfectly with traffic so they yelled the name for my order just after I walked in

I have come to rely on this location as my preferred store. So, when I need to travel to Wooster, I wait to get my weekly "complicated order" from this store because they always get it right.Parking: Depending on the time of day, parking might be a challenge, but there were 3-4 spaces available at the time I visited.
