My family was at the hospital awaiting the passing of my grandfather. The website said subway opened at 7. The sign in the hall said they opened at 6. We went at 7:15 and the worker Tori rudely told us that it doesn't open until 8. We came back a little after 8. There was a large group of us. She was very rude with every one of us with her words and tone. We were all waiting patiently and were polite but she still continued to be rude and have an attitude.

On their website it says they're open till nine and even in the hospital lobby it says open till 9 seven days a week. It was 810 when I try to go in and it was already locked up
