I had went to subway 18493 store at 2958 Cleveland Rd and ordered a footlong monster sub and it was not the sub I ordered I’m very disappointed

I went through the drive thru, ordered a BMT. No special instructions. The drive thru wasn't busy, nor the restaurant, but somehow she messed up my order, I had to repeat it. She said she put it on someone else's bill, and had to repeat it again. Then at the window, she said "chicken teriyaki, right?". I said NO, and repeated my order a 3rd time. Luckily, I received the BMT but it was poorly made, sloppy and the bread was torn. Then the next day I go back in the morning and sat in the drive thru for several minutes and no one said anything. There was no one else in line. I had to pull away. It's sad because I love Subway and would order it every day, but I need good service and quality sandwiches.

I ordered a number 17 which is double cheese and double meat. My sub had four pieces of meat on it and barely any cheese... barely toasted and I waited a good 10 minutes... not impressed.

Came in to grab lunch on a lunch break showed the ladie a coupon said I couldn't use it i asked her to enter the coupon like they have in the past she went on about how she'd the manager and couldn't do it and I was basically a liar that they can't manually enter coupons witch they have before and there are 5 gm. Or Managers setting in kitchen watching and allowing all of this to take place I come here every day for lunch and as well as 8 of my employees we will no longer be coming back do to her attitude very disappointed!!

I just has the worst experience here. A man by the name of RILEY just dogged me called me ugly said I was broke and before his coworker even began making my sub he told her to ask me if it was a free sub or one I was paying for she looked very uncomfortable asking but I thought maybe it was promo so I said qhats the free subs today she said he rold her to ask me that. i am a black woman who just wanted breakfast and got called ugly broke and discrimanted against I'm waiting on Kim to call me about this. I know I feel very low today like I dont matter. Ive never cried about bad customer service but this was very vain.

I usually come in around lunch time and the service has always been fast and friendly. The subs are tasty, although prices have gone up. It's a newer building with a nice dine-in area and drive-thru.
