This experience was just bad. From the ordering to the food. Even the drink. I couldn't hear the person on the speaker. The guy at the window didn't speak. Ran my card but didn't give me a receipt. I made sure to ask for one since I couldn't hear on the speaker. The food was mostly correct. Sauces were not. Nothing to have a fit over. Our expensive lemonades were terrible. Literally so watered down, they were not able to be drank.

Bobo the Monkey

The place is a disgusting mess. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. The drink machine was spraying out the side and it wasn’t marked out of order. It took five minutes before anyone paid any attention to me despite there being two cars in the drive through and I was the only one inside.

The service, behavior and attitude of the staff at this location was absolutely appalling. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, half the order was incorrect. When attempting to get the order corrected, the girl was very rude and unapologetic. We asked to speak to a manager, and although there were no other customers waiting inside or in the drive thru, it took several more minutes. Finally, the rude employee showed up with a smirk and even more attitude and said, "I'm the general manager, how can I help you?" Dinner no longer sounded appealing.

The food was fantastic! The sevice however if i could rate it a 0 i would. We had already waited in line about 5 mins to even pull up to order, so my opinion no one was in a hurry to take the person in front of us' order. Then we get tthe chance to place our order and we didn't get a chance to speak before we get "is there something i can help you look for" they gave us maybe a second to even react to "go ahead with your order when you're ready". Whoever was taking the orders here certainly took her time with the person in front us, wonder what her reasoning was behind rushing us!?! I understand y'all have a timer that you guys have to beat but just because you went over the limit with one customer, doesn't mean you need to rush the next customer to make up for it. Also guess napkins are no longer apart of the experience either, good thing i only order 2 messy burgers for my meal. Atleast they tasted good!

As a former employee, I once came here at 11 pm (two hours before closing) and no one answered the drive-thru. A former coworker of mine eric schneiders car was there so i know for a fact it was him in there (most likely in the bathroom ignoring customers like he always does) Go again a few weeks later at 8 pm, erics car is there. No answer from the drive thru, So i guess dont go here if you know that eric schneider is working.

I never believed anyone whi said bad customer service. Im a former manager and said that I had wrong sandwich. No receipt so shame on me for going in to return wrong sandwich in which I said wrong number of what i ordered. Girl up front was very helpful but standing around on phones and 3 others given busy time but for love of anything I remember you couldn't have phones you listened to the customer and I'm sorry but waiting for the correct sandwich and not getting fresh fries. Total waste threw away all food so 12$ on a drink. I understand mess ups happen I also understand that it takes time to fix but when the sandwich person says the correct one you go away from it just ask. Asking and communicating with the problem helps so much more then just being non caring. She had it right. I'll be staying away from this Wendy's. Shame on falling away from customer service.

O.S.S nosebleed

I’ve been going there and trying to get get food but nobody ever answers the window at 11 at night or even at 8 in the morning. The worker Eric Schneider is always there and doesn’t seem to care about customers or his job. And the management won’t do anything about it.

Ordered online for the first time, my burger that I asked for cheese and bacon to be added on and payed like 2 extra bucks for was not on there. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie and received a sugar cookie. I don't mean to sound like a Karen or something, but I'm disappointed.

Lady on first shift breakfast is always mean and takes out her bad day on you. Almost never gives you all the food you want. Definitely cuts corners. Don't go there in the morning, let alone trust her food.
