Lee's chicken is so much better than Popeyes or KFC! Perhaps it's a preferred local flavor, I enjoy it because the chicken is tender and temperature hot. The only thing I don't care for are the biscuits but I'm not a carb girl, that's why, so it's no fault of the business. Service is always friendly, and it doesn't take long if I'm picking up chicken to take home. Love this place!

The food was good served hot the menu was a little confused about which meals came with or without a soda. Even though they ran out of eclipse viewing glasses there was a nice lady from the school district who gave me a pair . So all in all it was a good time visiting the small town of xenia.

This Lees was great!! I was here for a visit and decided to stop in. I enjoyed getting good service. After Covid it feels like fast food/ restaurants just don’t care anymore. I felt my service here was great. And the people were helpful, patient and nice. Next time in Xenia I will be stopping by.
I only had one case of food poisoning recently unfortunately from here a few days ago. but usually this place is okay in my opinion, taste-wise. Hopefully no one else has gotten that.
Customer service could be better. They didn't have livers, again.

We ordered from door dash. They forgot our cole slaw and bisuits and there chicken and it tasted like it was sitting for hours it was so gross and we couldn't get it redelivered because the store was showing closed off to door dash so my boyfriend tried to call the store and there phones were not working. We blame doordash also but they can't look inside the bag to make sure its right.

Placed an order on DoorDash at 6:35 PM on 9/23/2023. My order had some issues. My 8 Piece Meal was classic, when we selected Spicy in the DoorDash app. The chicken was borderline cold despite being delivered quickly. We did not receive our coleslaw, biscuits, honey, or butter. Our mashed potatoes were not the correct size, it was a small and it should have been a large. I eventually received a refund of $18.04 from DoorDash. DoorDash told me via chat support that they could not submit a re-order because the store was not accepting orders anymore. I tried calling in but I got the disconnected signal from the phone line multiple times.

Lee's has great tasting chicken and love their cole slaw and biscuits, too. I didn't dine in. The last 3 times I did that, the dining area chairs were not clean. They need a good scrubbing! But the food service area was very clean. So I choose to order and have delivered. Am disappointed in their gizzard meal. I love gizzards, but the last 3 times I ordered one, most of the gizzards half were too hard to chew. Wasted half of them(very hard), but regular chicken dinners and chicken tender dinners are very good.
