Waited 30 minutes for an online order, sat in front of the store, and was finally told that the store ran out of chicken sandwiches. I literally saw chicken sandwiches on the counter.Workers were standing around and/or leaving their post to talk with the Charleys workers instead of helping the other customers in line. Manager was absolutely disrespectful when I confronted her about the missing order.Don't go. Needs a complete overhaul.

I love you Popeyes. People say the service is slow but every restaurant in the mall is the same way! I don't mind having to wait! The employees are always SUPER kind when I'm there, and my food is always super good and warm!!! I haven't experienced the issues other people have so they (other customers) must be doing something wrong <3 It costs $0 to be kind! I hope all the employees have a wonderful day! Having a Popeyes so close to me is super great don't take her away from me

Took almost 30 minutes AFTER I ordered to get kids nuggetts.that is all we ordered,Every customer waiting 20 to 30 mins for food. Was not that busy. Insane. Supposed to be fast food. Tell people if it's going to take half an hour .

Food is usually good. But it’s the fact that it takes 50+ to get one sandwich by itself. Not even a combo.As a bonus though, you got to watch the employees run around looking like they are doing a lot of work but accomplish nothing.Absolutely ridiculous and I will never return here again. You would think they would train people.

I got 2 piece meal for $12+ to go. I asked if it was fresh and hot. They said yes. They could not speak good english, and I could not understand them. It took 30 minutes to get my order, so I assumed it was hot. They did not know about the free wings offer with $10 order or understand what I was talking about, so I did not get it. I left and went home with order. I live a mile away, so I was home in 3 minutes. Food was very cold like it was cooked yesterday. It was not worth eating. I tried calling them for three days now, and no answer. I wanted my money back, but no one answered. Never again will I go to this Popeyes. Chick filet or Old Hickory has Great chicken, and Chickfilet has it hot and ready instantly, and at Old Hickory it is hot and ready in 12 minutes, and sizzles in my mouth.

The food is great but the employees constantly get my food wrong everytime I've gone there. Everytime I order I have to repeat myself 3-5 times. The entire time I order here I feel like I'm bothering them and causing an inconvenience by just being there. Also don't bother using the app because it doesn't work and when I try to use any code offer there I'm told they don't do that.

This is a new locations that might as well close it down now. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The cashier was not friendly, didn’t great us, or even speak to us. We were an inconvenience to her. I first hand witnesser cross contamination the cook touched the ketchup packets with the same gloves they made a chicken sandwich with. We certainly will not be back. On top of that the food was subpar. What a waste of $65 dollars.

Took almost 40 minutes to get my food, no exaggeration. At one point, no food was coming out of the kitchen for about 15 minutes.Cooks in the back standing around laughing and joking while customers are waiting forever for food. One cook was chewing gum. I can’t imagine being so far in the weeds and just not caring at all.I know it’s fast food and it’s hard to get decent people to work for you, but Chick-Fil-A right across the foot court manages to do it, so no excuse for Popeyes not to be able to. Honestly locations like this really damage the Popeyes brand as a whole.
