“The beer was excellent, the atmosphere was great. They had music outside, lots of outside seating. We sat inside. We got food from a food truck that served pulled pork sandwiches. My sandwich was very good, but my wife's had an outstanding one with cinnamon apples in it.“

Brandeberry Winery Wineries • $$
5118 W Jackson Rd, Enon - 2.52 miles

“If you're a wine and a pet lover, this is the perfect place for you! I attended the annual Dogtober Fest and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I look forward to attending next year, it supports a great cause with portions of the proceeds going to Clark County SPCA.It was a well planned event; ample parking, plenty of staff, a variety of vendors and food trucks, also live music. Most importantly, a nice variety of wines to taste. There was a pet costume contest, silent auction, and raffle. There was something for everyone. If you're not an animal lover, no problem, majority of pets were leashed or in wagons. The winery interior is somewhat small, all the activities were held outside with plenty of canopies, tables and chairs. The combination of live music, cute costumed pets and wine was a guaranteed good time, the crowd was super friendly. Staff was attentive and very knowledgeable about the wines. The location is completely rural, a few miles from 70/Rt.4. I look forward to coming back on a nonevent day. The only thing to be mindful of is the overflow parking. It's in a field that could be difficult to maneuver if you or someone you're with has mobility issues. It will be difficult to push a wheelchair if you have to park in the overflow parking. For good wine, great ambience in a country like setting, I strongly recommend Brandeberry Winery.“

“Not just the best food in town but one of the best families you will ever come across, period! If you like a good ham and cheese sandwich then get ready to eat the best sandwich of your life! Ham and cheese is my favorite and I’ve ordered it from restaurants all over the world and no one has ever come close to theirs! They actually care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied! They are one of the last places that still does business the way it should be!If you’re driving down the highway by Springfield do yourself a favor and take the extra five minutes to stop by, you won’t be disappointed!“

“The great hole in the wall diner. I'm assuming and humble, this Diner does a great job. Service is quick and casual, food is tasty and what I've come to expect from a diner. Seating is very limited, probably 10 tables of 4-6 seats. Also is mostly street parking.Parking: 4 parking lot spots, mostly free residential street parking“

“A very good ice cream place! A little disappointing that they don't have bathrooms. It became an emergency to have to get out of there very fast and not be able to enjoy the atmosphere. The only other problem with the atmosphere was the unbelievable large amount of bees, they were kids and teenagers screaming and running crying. Might I suggest hiring a beekeeper to put a hive nearby so that all of the bees would make some delicious honey out of the residual ice cream from the ground and also could probably keep them out of people's faces.“
