Ordered 50 wings and 2 large orders of fries for takeout. Spent over $60. Everything was extremely over cooked. The fries were all dark brown and burnt, and the wings were totally dried out and charred. I like my wings over cooked compared to under, but it was to the extreme, hardly edible.

Horrible service machine always going down to cook they literally took a half hour to give change back because I didnt want my food tried to talk me into still waiting slowest and unprofessional place go to the one in Austintown

The wings were phenomenal. The crunch when you first bite into them is what makes their wings the best. We ordered the black and gold and black and mild wings. Fantastic! We definitely had to wash our hands and face in the bathroom after. We will definitely be back.

I would like to respond to Brenda Reed that Big Shot Bob's Boardman has been opening after 4 pm an remained closed one Monday entirely over the past month or so due to limited staff who would have all most likely been there long hours over the weekend to deliver great wings an food for everyone and unfortunately but as a much needed break to the employees was a delay in opening on the past few Monday's they posted it on there Facebook page promptly to give notice though not everyone's aware of that but thought I'd let you know an I'm sure if you reach out to management something may be able to be done for the inconvenienceGreat wings so many flavor choices to choose from wings have always been crispy an delicious

They Nevered ANSWERED the phnone for 51 minutes.. Its a Monday n cant get no service.. Went to Austintown site n recieved service ... Cald from their site n still no answer.. I live in Poland n will not recommend service at all.. Thn i go by their judt to see n call n the staff are watching TV n not answering the phne.. Terrible...

The wings used to be really good but the sauce changed, the wings were coated in a ton of grease, not cooked the way that we ordered and the service was very slow. Totally disappointed!

While I’ll still recommend this place to others, our order tonight was very disappointing. Which we’ve never experienced before. The $6.99 house salad in no way justifies the price, it was just a small portion of lettuce with a mound of hot pepper rings a couple pieces of tomato and maybe a tablespoon of diced green peppers. The quality was okay, just not remotely worth $7.
The customer was really good. It's very clean and the waiter was very nice and attentive. I didn't care for the bbq flavor I had but I'm willing to try it again just different flavors. Not bad

Expensive but good. Like the seasoning on the fresh cut fries. Wings are crispy and so many flavors to choice from. The guys working are very friendly and helpful with choosing a flavor. Definitely my newfavorite place for wings.

First and last time. Ordered on Saturday night, we got 2 sets of 15 boneless wings and 2 bacon fries and everything was disgusting. Wings were like a sponge consistency, barely any sauce, the one set had sauce on the side that was basically water, the bacon fries were dripping in last weeks grease and charred bacon and our $45 order went right in the trash. Called to talk to a manager, manager was unavailable, no problem I left my contact information. A few minutes later someone else calls me questioning me and asking if I had the right place because they couldn't find the order. They then told me a manager would call me back tomorrow and I never heard anything from them again. Highly disappointed. Definitely avoid this place!
