Our family had a wonderful experience celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I reserved the private room. It was private but you still enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and could still hear the music. The food was incredible, came out impressively quick and our server was awesome. 1 server tending to a large party like ours and he effortlessly did an amazing job, we wish we could remember his name!
This place is popular for a reason. Food is fantastic, atmosphere is cozy, and the service is good as well. I ordered the chicken allouette which was amazing. Highly recommend.

The Blue Wolf Tavern has always been our go to place while shopping in Boardman over the years until now.The last several times we were in to eat we could tell there was a change in the atmosphere. We used to see more families eating at the tables and always a full bar. Now you see a full bar and less folks eating.It was my moms birthday and we came here to eat. There was only a handful of tables and service was super slow. We literally waited 10-15 minutes before we could get another drink. While trying to enjoy our dinner several patrons at the bar were yelling and dropping the "F" bomb every other sentence. It was obvious they were drunk and getting out of hand but they continued to serve them!The crowd at the bar is another story, it appears they are attracting more of the rough and rowdy type. I guess this would explain why we see less families eating here now. As the drunk patrons were yelling you could see people getting up and leaving. This can't be good for business or those that actually care about their jobs and business.The food has always been great, the front door staff and bar is another story. I guess if you're not in a hurry and don't mind throwing down on a full stomache then head to the Blue Wolf Tavern!

Though my meal was delicious, the appearance was not very appealing. It was all kind of a monotoned brown. Blackened chicken and "greens" w/ pasta.

I didn't get to get the food because we didn't service. Sat for over 10 minutes. Right after we sat One woman looked at us and walked away. 3 different servers served tables next to us including one that sat much after us. After about 10 minutes we left and when I informed the woman that several people had looked at us and just ignored us, she said that "you should have said something" no I shouldn't have had to do something. You should have done your job. As a fellow server I was appalled. Will never return. And upon going to get food somewhere else we mentioned not getting served, she said that she also had to wait an extremely long time for service when she went to blue wolf lounge. Would not recommend.

Everything was extremely good. I have a shellfish allergy and they made my food to order. The waitress was extremely helpful and very nice the whole time. The only reason I'm giving it a three-star is because who carries around cash anymore? They charge a 3% charge for using a card. At the prices you're paying, there's no need for that.Kid-friendliness: There is a small kids menu. Everything on it is anywhere from $5.00 to $7.00

Wonderful dinner! Food was amazing. Highly recommend! I had the blackened barramundi (fish) over wild rice. $22 including salad was perfect. Mixed drinks were also very good. Great evening! Bread & butter with hot peppers served with our order was great too!

First and last time visiting here. Food was mediocre at best and not prepared as ordered. Waitstaff although courteous were forgetful, needing reminded of requests. We will not be going back.
Service and food sucked. One of my party had to send back her steak to be cooked the way she ordered it. Another person took 1 bite and sent food back.

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent experience at [Blue wolf].First and foremost, I would like to express my utmost appreciation for our amazing waitress. She provided exceptional service throughout our dining experience, and her professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable.However, I regret to mention that I had a less than satisfactory interaction with the ladies at the front desk and the manager. Unfortunately, their behavior and attitude towards us were disappointing. It seemed apparent that they had a negative bias towards individuals of a certain race, including myself. This was evident from their demeanor and the way they interacted with us during our visit.Furthermore, I was particularly dissatisfied with the lack of follow-up from the manager. Despite my request for additional waitstaff due to the size of our party, only one waitress was assigned to assist us. This created some inconvenience and hindered the overall experience for our group.I believe it is essential to address these concerns, as it is crucial for any establishment to provide equal and fair treatment to all patrons, regardless of their background. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and helps ensure a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for future guests.Kind regards
