I came in to Bob evans Saturday afternoon and was waiting at the register for the waitress behind the counter. After a few minutes she acknowledged me and stated she would be with me in a moment. As she finished a patron walked to the cash register he stated for her to take me first cause he noticed I was standing there and she was like no I’ll check you out. I politely said that ok I’m not eating here. But for a teachable moment or your policy I asked to speak to the manager the manager stated the policy should have been that I was seen first. Customer service is very important I will never be back I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Hope your manager fixes the problem. owner need to be aware of the problem.

This place was definitely understaffed. There were only three tables occupied the whole time we were there, and it still took almost a half hour to get our food. Even then our orders weren't quite right. Staff was nice enough and did apologize for the experience, but definitely not a place we'll return to

Would give negative stars if I could , we waited almost an hour in an empty restaurant for food that we had to also deliver . Then come to find out it was just the cook refusing to cook the order . Wasted my time & potential money waiting for a grown adult to do his job . Other then that the lady in the front was nice .

Have been to this resturant a hand full of times. Have never had any issues. Always have friendly staff, good food, etc. Today was 1st time we used take out option. Had to laugh when I opened this meal box and the kids meal and that had more fries this one did. (A McDs small fry has more fries in the bag then are in these boxes- pic does no justice). Other meal ordered had no complaints.Other then the portion size for the price paid, and the guy harassing customers for money in the parking lot, the food was good and ready by time said.

The chicken tenders were over cooked the fruit plate looked like fruit I would throw away the waitress never asked me if I wanted more coffee the onion rings were good so was the banana

One of my favorite places for turkey the general manager and the assistant manager Missy are always helpful and pleasant store #20 is the best

Dish was not what I was expecting.it said bowl or skillet I asked for skillet got bowl I did not feel like eggs were thoroughly cooked. Would not get again.

I bought 3 holiday meals for Christmas because i had to work Christmas day. I called in early so they could be ready for when I picked up the food. Well, the food was not ready. Very unorganized. Everyone looked stressed. However, when I received my food, they had my food nicely packaged. When I opened my food on Christmas day, there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. So I had dry mash potatoes and turkey. Being that I'm a healthcare worker who works 12 hour shifts, I didn't have time to make gravy, plus everything was closed on Christmas.

Both my plates were dirty - my waitress was super awesome! Biscuits and gravy were good, eggs a tad cold - did not like the bacon.They compensated me - which was appreciative.

First time at this location. The staff was short handed, but a bunch of tables filled up in a short time and the staff took care of everyone in a timely manner. Food was good. Would eat there again for sure.
