Awkward?, embarrassing not on my behalf....Well walked into the boardman location on Friday around 5ish all the main guys there, two brothers and the other two don't know there names, so without knowing the one guy to whom this is directed to you worked at the Southern Park Mall location mainly. Salt and pepper hair thin hair. Medium height. Well ordered two stuffed pizzas and a sandwich one for my son to take home and one for my daughter and myself. Shouldn't have to explain the order but when you are being stared at and made a comment for everyone to hear not very professional at all. What I ordered and PAY for is my business it's certainly putting money in the owners pocket. So your rude and blunt comment as you said loudly TWO she ordered two of them and rolled yours eyes, reason? Didn't want to be bothered by making them. And then kept interrupting the young man on the registor that's gonna be an hour rolling his eyes again. He not only embarrassed the kid but continues to stare at me and keeps passing by the register and looking at me, which I didn't make eye contact with him once. Who cares. Don't like it? Thankfully you have a Job. I'll say owners loss, don't need to drop 57 plus dollars there every week. I'll go somewhere else and be treated the way I deserve, not ignorant and made to feel like a pig as I order food. (Balding guy with patch of fuzz on forehead). UPDATE!!!!!! hahaha KEVIN ?.

I just recently discovered Bruno pizza while in the area. A friend suggested it for lunch. It will be my new go to pizza. The new York style was crispy and amazing! I ordered it for dinner for the family that night too!

What an amazing experience. Since we moved to Ohio we have been looking for a great pizza stop. They have so much on their menu. We ordered 5 pizza's and 6 treats. This pizza reminded me of a shop back home in New York. My mom is hear visiting and said the same thing. Hey guys you all did an amazing job. Congratulations of earning a repeat customer and I suggest to your customers the NY Style pizza. It's amazing. I would love to app pictures of the food but doesn't give the option.

I went there to eat because I always had a good experience and the food is good. I went there on Thursday and expected the same experience. However I was very disappointed. They were busy and I asked someone if I could speak to the manager at their convenience. I had a flier I wanted to drop off and wanted to only ask if I could leave it for them to review later. The bar tender (apparently the manager) came over and before I could say anything he said he could talk to me and to come back when it was not as busy. Yes, I understand that and planned to return at a different time with the flier. However after that he never came back to ask if our dinner was okay, never offered another drink and when we asked for our check he quickly sat it in from of my husband and walked away. Not a word was said to either of us. I am very disappointed at How rude he was. I did get a response from Bruno Brothers on FaceBook and they let me know in all caps to bring the flier NOT AT NIGHT OR DURING KARAOKE. Basically ignoring that my complaint was not about the flier but the disrespect afterwards. Then they deleted my comment.

I bought a stuffed shell dinner and a slice. I don't get why you put the slice to heat 20 minutes before the shells are ready and the shells took like 45 mins I get it's Friday night but timing is key to a good restaurant. Getting off a 12 hr day I was hungry but I shouldn't have eaten it after seeing an employee pick up cannolis with his bare hands then 2 seconds later run his finger though his thick hair is disgusting. Cannolis are a cold food that is prepared and should not be handled by bare hands unlike the pizza that goes into the oven. I am servsafe certified as manager and it is horrible to see that if I go again it will be see if they are just as bad Everytime andHope the owners watch cameras or check their employees.
