Don’t come here with big groups! Group of 15 I got bone-in wings (when I ordered boneless) 1 hour after ordering sent them back and never got my wings after another hour of waiting. The Austintown BWW is WAY better. Never coming here again.

Bought 15 chipotle dry rub flats. Got the wings and they were mixed with drumsticks and unseasoned. I talked to the manager and they tried to tell me they were seasoned. I’m no chicken professional but anyone who has ever eaten chicken can tell when you have unseasoned. How can you try to gaslight me at a wing place insanity. Right is unseasoned if you are blind
Our waitress spoke about two words to us, never checked in to ask how our food was or if we needed another drink. Couldn’t get her attention, waited a long time to be able to order another drink and then drinks take a long time, even Beer. Very little amount of fries per serving and the food wasn’t great at all, would not come back to this location, plenty of other places to eat around do not go here.

Found a longg strand of hair in my chicken wing, a lady bumped into my cousin and didn’t apologize and im pretty sure it hurt bc she is pretty wide, worker was told that me and my cousin were cussing at a customer which WE NOT!! and she stuck up for her and claimed she knew her for 10+ years and she would never lie.( btw were african american) AND MRS RED LIPSTICK AND MRS YELLOW SHIRT I HOPE U SEE THIS REVIEW AND THE SERVICE THERE IS REALLY BAD!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! The bathrooms are really dirty and they dont tidy up.. dont eat at this place really!!

Very bad experience!!!! My friend had found a strand of hair in their food, also chicken was dry. Service was extremely rude, two of my kids were filming TikTok's in the bathroom just trying to have fun and a Caucasian lady with blonde hair had bumped into them!!! Then lied and said they had sweared at her. There is a way to talk to kids!!
