Before we had ordered online we checked to see if the restaurant was still open and it said that they still were until 12AM so we placed our order and when we got there they were completely closed so now we have to wait 24-48 for an e-mail to see how we can get our money back now.

made an online order using a debit card. when I got there they said their system was down and I had to request a full refund from the debit card. They were too LAZY to just make the sandwiches thought it was already PAID!! Now, it will take 7-10 days to get my money reimbursed onto my debit card! Everytime I go to this stupid store there is a problem!!! Poor f8cking management is all I can say! Don't waste your time!!

This burger king is trash. The food is absolute garbage the staff is garbage and the management is garbage. In fact the store manager looks dirty and disgusting and has a rude attitude. I w taken my business to another burger king, even though it's out of my way I get good food and good service. This place needs to crumble it's not worth wasting your money.

My recent visit to Burger King left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only did the cashier exhibit deceptive behavior by accepting both of my coupons, but I was also blatantly shorted food that was rightfully due to me. Such an experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share the details of this disastrous visit.Upon entering the restaurant, I presented two valid coupons that were specifically designed to offer discounts on certain items. To my dismay, the cashier took both of these coupons without any hesitation or clarification. However, it became evident during the course of my meal that I had been deceived.After receiving my order, I noticed that crucial items were missing from my meal, items that were supposed to be covered by the coupons I had presented. It was disheartening to see how Burger King, a renowned fast-food chain, could stoop so low as to not honor the terms of their own promotions. This blatant act of shortchanging customers is an outright betrayal of their commitment to providing quality service.Not only was I robbed of the satisfaction of enjoying a complete meal, but I also felt the burden of paying more than I should have. This sort of manipulation and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. A customer's trust in a brand is built on their ability to deliver on promises, and Burger King has failed miserably in that regard.Furthermore, the overall experience was marred by an atmosphere of indifference and apathy from the staff. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, they seemed uninterested and unapologetic, as if this sort of behavior was the norm. It was a clear reflection of the company's lack of commitment to customer service and their disregard for customer loyalty.In conclusion, my visit to Burger King was nothing short of a disaster. The deceitful act of accepting both of my coupons while withholding the food that should have been included was an egregious violation of trust. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this establishment, as they clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Burger King has lost a loyal customer, and I sincerely hope they address these issues and strive for better service in the future.
