I am an avid Chipotle supporter but this location (Liberty, OH) really needs to do better. The staff attitude here is so ungodly poor that it makes you never want to visit a Chipotle ever again. There is zero decent customer service skills at this location. Employees are flat out rude and quick to rush you out of the store, & the food is slopped together like a prison meal.

Paid extra for steak and I got chicken instead. Ordered 2 bowls, the only thing they got right was the tomato salsa in one and chicken in the other. Everything else was wrong and it cost fifty bucks. What a total joke of a Chipotle wanna be business. I travel all over the US and this is the WORST Chipotle I've ever had dealings with.

Chipotle was known for making quality portions for the money. Now they barely dish out what a reasonable person might consider a small portion. I wish we would've thought to take a picture of what they considered reasonable Seriously sad indeed. So much so we've decided to stop eating at Chipotle. This was their last chance ... And they blew it for us. ?
Generally like chipotle but not this location. Was terribly sick after eating there. Will never take that risk again. Beware!!

Just left this location…decided to give it a second try since my first experience wasn’t the best since I live so close but NEVER AGAIN the employees are horrible and I asked for double chicken because there was very little on the bowl and I got maybe what was supposed to be on a normal bowl…the chicken was dry way too much sour cream and the juice from the beans was pooling in the bottom…I feel like they do this on purpose from reading other reviews after this experience! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

One person a girl was fixing my food I told her I wanted a little bit of Guacamole she slaps on a big amount I said I didn’t want that much she said I can take some off but you still will be charged extra how am I being charge extra for something I only wanted a little bit of this is

Hands down worst Chipotle ever. They have no customer service on top of there ingredients tast like crap that's been laying around for days and re-used. The don't mix anything in your bureto so when you bite into it you get random bites of cold cheese and sour cream then slightly warm bites of cheap steak the next bite. I wondered why the parking lot was completely empty now I know why. Wouldn't waste your money here. $45 wasted

My experience with Chipotle has usually been pretty solid overall. The biggest complaint and concern is usually ingredient distribution in the burrito. Sometimes in a rush it's not perfect. This particular location has been rather solid in that aspect. Something I consider critical to this type of food.The food always tastes fresh and the service is polite and fast. I have no complaints for this location after several visits at various times of day.Good and admirable work from all those that work here.
