This Dairy Queen location has the rudes employees working. I've been meaning to write a review and after the visit we had here on 9/22/23 I absolutely had to leave one. Not only this visit but there's been many other times that I've dealt with the rudeness and not only this time was no different but we also watched them make 3 different flavor shakes and not once did they rinse the part that you put in the cup to mix the shake. So whose to say how many different flavors were made and possibly getting nuts in one that someone might be allergic to. When asked the young lady who came to the window to collect the money if they aren't supposed to clean the stir before taking and making another shake and she said yes but when we asked her why she didn't clean it before making ours in between all three of ours and how many was before ours that didn't get clean she copped an attitude when asked to please make sure there weren't no nuts because my grandson is allergic to nuts. She slammed the window shut while turning around saying something to the boy that was working with her because he automatically turned to the window and looked at us. So we hadn't paid for it yet so we decided to go to the dairy Queen in struthers where we have never had poor service nor worried about how clean their machines were this will definitely be the last time we go to campbell for ice cream even though it's closer to our house!!

But all blizzards they gave us minis and charged us almost $5.50 a piece for each blizzard$11 for too many blizzards is ridiculous they have their own size and pricing at this one

I ordered a cake from this location on the app, when I went to pick up my cake they told me they were out and I needed to come back today to get my cake. I just called to make sure they had the cakes and the lady said she can not give me the cake because the app charged me the wrong amount. She states they lost a lot of money yesterday due to the app having issues. So now I paid for the cake, I can’t get my cake, nor can I get my money back. I will never ever use this Dairy Queen again. I paid and can’t receive what I paid for because they messed up.

I had a strawberry shake, I choose this Dairy Queen over all the other ones I’ve gone to. I choose this one and the one in new Springfield, they are very polite and on time . And the food taste so fresh

This DQ has been here my whole life. It's nice because it's convenient with it being close and having a drive thru. Most times I'd rather take the extra step and drive to Handel's though. My fiancé and I get the same thing basically every time we come here, and I can't tell you how many different cost totals we've had. Not varying by much, but they all ring things up differently. Sometimes the service is rude. Sometimes their card machine is broke. Sometimes the pieces of candy/brownie/nuts are stale or taste different. Sometimes it takes them an hour to go through 5 cards, especially on weekend nights. It's just a roll of the dice literally every time you go here. Not that long ago I ordered a hot fudge Sunday for my mom with extra hot fudge. We get the cup, and there's barely hot fudge in there. Not even kidding, holding the cup from one side you didn't see a drop of fudge. So I took it back and told them we paid for and ordered extra hot fudge. So they remade it with basically the same amount of hot fudge. We basically continue to go for the convenience as I mentioned. But if there was another place as close, we would definitely just go there instead of this DQ. Too inconsistent in every aspect.

Last two times I went there, they weren't able to make an Oreo based blizzard. The Oreo Dirt Pie and now on the new menu, the Oreo Hot Cocoa. When we went the other day, my dad's pumpkin pie blizzard just had some pumpkin spice sprinkled on top and maybe 6 pieces of crust blended in. My boyfriends snickers blizzard, you had to get 3/4 of the way down the blizzard before you reached any brownie chunks. 75% of it was just vanilla soft serve, same with my cinnamon roll center blizzard. We've had good experiences here in the past but over the summer, it seems to have gone downhill a little.

Stopped for the first time at this one. Stood at the window for a little while then got in my car and went through the drive thru. Like most places now days, they're short staffed but once in the drive thru the service was quick.
