Just tried this place for the first time.... amazing... chilli sauce is def homemade and meaty... not a mystery meat sauce like most places....the jalapeño slaw ... also amazing... fries are delish and the gentleman working which was the owner was very kind and patient with all my questions. I wanted to try the kraut bc its homemade so I asked for a side of kraut but got a side of slaw .. I may have actually said slaw and didnt realize it but thats the only thing I didnt get a chance to try.. I will definitely be back to order again and try the homemade kraut.... great food.. great concept..great execution...

Sweet idea! Shipping container drive thru hot dogs! Very friendly and fast service. Love to see the unique idea of a shipping container! Hot dogs and fries are top notch! Had the filly dogs, unique toppings with a bit of spice and the seasoned fries were cooked well. Quick and easy if you're in the area!

I can easily see this being a nice place to feed a family in a nice day. Can't wait till the place gets fully established to see how it's gone. The smells through the bad were worth them money alone so we knew we were in for a treat. Hope outdoor seating comes in because it'll be a great Family spot.

I've been driving by here often and wondered what was going in here and a few months ago I read the article about ti being a hotdog stand, drive thru only. The owner wanted to take his Moms Chilli Recipe and make it public! I must say, the Chilli is the Bomb. Great thickness, taste, the little bit of kick it has in it, definitely blows all others way. Including the Original Hot Dog Shop in Warren, Ohio. Unfortunately since the Hot Dog Shop has sold, their Hot Dogs have shrank in size, no flavor and the original chilly sauce has gone down the drain as well. The Hot Dogs here at Heck Ya are real sized, real, fresh, and use normal sized buns as well. I didn't get to try the fries, but that will be the next time through. They have some interesting Dogs on the menu, which im definitely going to have to try as well.Prices for these dogs and items on their menu is fair price and definitely worth trying out if your in the mood for some Hot DogsMy server was Bill W at the window, I'm not sure if he's the owner, but one HECK of a guy! Polite, kind, definitely knows how to treat people! The Hot Dogs were placed with care and pride into the carry put boxes, not that Styrofoam packaging. They just opened and started up, so give them some time, they may not be moving at the light of speed at the moment, but as I stated above awesome dogs and sauce!!If you are in the mood, drop in at Heck Ya and order up, you won't be disappointed!!

Delicious, fresh made, the wait for the opening was worth it. Owners are hard working. They are super busy because it’s a great sauce. Super Dog is a winner.

I've been keeping my eye on this place near my Mom's house to see when they would be open. They finally are, so I gave them a try today. They're called "Heck Ya!", and features mostly hot dogs, with Italian sausage and kielbasa thrown into the mix, as is expected in Youngstown. I went with one Super Dog and one Filly Dog. The Filly Sauce is what they call chili sauce. The Super Dog is a hot dog with Filly Sauce, onions, and jalapeño coleslaw. The Filly Dog is your basic chili dog with chili, mustard and onions. Both were very good, using Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs as the vessel for the slaw and sauce. The slaw was good, but not too spicy even with the jalapeños. The chili had was on the meatier side, mild and had a good tangy flavor. Service was friendly and they're still working out some kinks as they just recently opened. Was it worth it? Heck Ya!
