My first time eating at Jimmy Johns was delicious. Service really was fast with the help of Lenette, who made my sandwich and also checked me out.Parking: Parallel parking next to the store. A busy area due to being on YSUs campusKid-friendliness: Lots of kids options and small portions.

The fact I got two tomato butts on my sandwich very disappointed, I guess I should paid attention while they were make the sandwich, lol , for the price I feel I shouldn't have to come home and slice tomatoes for my sandwich, it good just lost a few stars for that. The

I've never been, but I went to YSU a few years ago... Drove by the other day and looked like it was closed, and I see the owner frequently replies to reviews... Is this location still open?

The only reason iam giving a 5 star review is because of the manager Tyler. Tyler really went above and beyond. We had a delivery issue and never recieved our food. We were told that it was delivered to two different locations, but our food was never there!! When i called the delivery driver answered the phone and was super super rude. Told me he called and called and texted me, which never happened or i wouldn't be calling asking where our order was!! I called Tyler and what a breath of fresh air. He took care of our whole order. He understands that customers come first. I told him i know the daily struggles with today's world thanked him for going above and beyond!! The sad part, that delivery driver doesnt even respect his own manager!! Props to Tyler!! You rock!!

As much as they charge for food, delivery and including tip you would think they could perform correctly. They should not have a customize option if they refuse to do it, the manager told me I shouldn't have customized, I assume too intellectual of a process. Manager was rude and thought his hanging up mid conversation was appropriate for management, embarrassing. Economics shows a customer who orders at least twice a week is someone you want. Hope

When you want to place an order for 9 sandwiches for delivery and the delivery person continues to use the f bomb in the background while you're on the phone.. "They'll get their f...ing sandwiches when I get there" and "what are they ordering, 9 f...ing sandwhiches". It is your job, right? I eat here almost every day for lunch as I work within a 5 minute walk. They are always on point even with the influx of college students (located on YSU campus). Baker and the rest of the staff are funny and competent. Best place for a sandwich in Youngstown!
