Went to KFC once again disappointed the last time I didn't receive all of my food and the chicken I order was incorrect I ordered extra crispy they gave me regular so it's been awhile since I went back well I went today and they told me they have no dark meat it would take 20 minutes so they offered me chicken wings in the chicken breast for the same price of the 8 piece so I didn't get it and when I got home to feed my family the chicken breast had a hair in it so I called and I was informed that they were ready to close and no send me a coupon for one piece of chicken I was so shocked that they thought I would take any of that chicken and serve it to my family and just discard the chicken breast that had the hair in it and the rest of the food was terrible the corn with old and dry the gravy was extra thick like it was made early in the day and sat out all day I feel as a fast food restaurant that charges almost $50 for a family meal they should be more than willing to fix the problem not offer a coupons that you"ll never receive they had the nerve to tell me to take the food back the next day with the receipt like I called to complain to get free food I paid for my meal with my debit so I will be calling my bank and cancel my payment to them I hope whoever continues to eat luck they don't cover their hair and they Don't care if your food is fresh next call will be to the health department

I gave one star because it would not let me give zero! We went here on the 24th of January at approximately 3:30 pm and they were a little busy and when we got to the menu board at the drive thru we placed our order, one 8 piece chicken only bucket mixed for $18.99, a chicken sandwich, a coleslaw and a Mac and cheese, all total around $43.00We get to the window and pay for it and then they tell us that they are out of chicken thighs and we will have to wait at least 20 or 30 minutes? Wait a minute are you kidding me! I told my wife no just have them take the bucket of chicken off and when they did they only gave us $12.00 back on our card and when I asked why they didn’t give us the whole $18.99 back the Manager started yelling at us and called my wife the C-word and said a few other choice words so at this point I just told my wife to drive off.I called the 1-800 number for corporate and made a complaint. The next day I did get a call from another manager at this location and after apologizing for the situation she offered to send us a gift card for the balance of our bill, she did say that we were charged $18.99 for the bucket and she didn’t know why they only gave us $12.00back.Well at any rate we should have gotten a gift card for $32.00 but as of today the 11th we have not received anything.I will never go back to this KFC and if I do not receive anything from them by the end of next week I will be contacting the corporate office again because they still owe me at least $6.99

Terrible experience today!! Ordered 8pc nuggets, when I opened to box came to find out that they consider bread crumbs as nuggets. ? went inside to show them what I received and the manager told me that was a nugget . She was so rude!! Her name was Betty!! Never will I ever eat

I just want a Chicken Sandwich with no damn Mayo. I have ordered from this KFC 3 different times and everytime I get a Chicken Sandwich with NO MAYO. Not only do they put it on the top bun THEY COVER THE ENTIRE BOTTOM BUN. I don't want to waste my money on a Sandwich everytime i go here. Its not hard. Just dont do a step. I say no Mayo. Its easy just put a pickle and chicken on the bun. I don't know how you ruin a chicken sandwich 3 times on several different occasions when you don't have to do a step.

They hired a bunch of idiots! They shorted me two strips! Called them and said they would mail coupon never got it! Plus when I pick up door dashes the girl at the front counter can never get the orders right! My customers are also updating saying their meal is messed up!

Ordered from their website, not the app. Fries were half full, chicken was old & dry, forgot plates & utensils (didn't have any on job site) gave wrong sauces. Food quality sucks. Was really looking forward to it, but every time I get it @ whatever location it is nothing but a disappointment. Save your money & go elsewhere. $30 bucks wasted on a trash meal.
