Messed up my order twice the order was placed at 5:37 and was not handed to me until 6:26 people came in and placed orders and got them faster than I did will not be returning go to pizza pan its better

Ordered off Grubhub, order canceled 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive leaving us zero options for dinner as everything else had closed while waiting 45 minutes for food that would never arrive.I called as soon as I got the cancellation and couldn’t even leave a message. Never had their pizza before, but don’t intend to now. Don’t accept orders you can’t fulfill.

The pizza is delicious! Service is fast! But trying to order a pizza on line is very confusing and frustrating so I gave up!! I do not like their website. The only way I would get another pizza from there is if I stop in, and wait in the car

The pizza was good but it took 2 hours. This was the second time I’ve had to wait almost 2 hours. Their estimated delivery times are a complete lie.
Good food, one person staff, great lunch. Wish they had a little bigger dine in section but everybody enjoyed and the one person staff was incredible.

I order for delivery here all the time. I usually don't have issues but today I placed a order at 10pm (they close at 11) I live 3mins from the location. My order was canceled at 10:13pm I didn't under stand why I put my order in again and it was canceled again around 10:23pm. I then called they answered and stated they canceled it cause they were about to close. I asked for a manager and asked who I was speaking with. The lady on the phone questioned me on why I needed to know her name she then proceeded to say she was the manager. I asked is there a problem with me knowing your name I'm just trying to understand how the site say you close at 11 but your canceling orders at 10. She then told me her name was Aliyah and stated I can call back in the morning. If ordering here make your orders are placed around 9pm depending on who's working.

My boyfriend ordered our pizza on line. For delivery said it would be about 40 min no big deal. But almost 90min go by no delivery. So he called them took about 10 min for them to answer the phone. Asked about our order was told delivery was at least 2hr wait. So he said we'd pick it up. OK now it's been over the 2hrs. She says it will be done in about 20 min. I go to pick it up. And they hadn't even started it yet. Pizza over cooked and the brownies were raw on the inside. Not to mention all the chocolate sauce in the box. Don't think I'll be ordering from there again
