Terrible service from 2 broke B's both disrespectful when on phone and at the shop! Their loud and talking over you as a customer, I'm a cancer survivor my voice is not as loud! I will never go back there as one of those B's told me! I've never been treated so terrible as I was when trying to buy food from this location! Thank goodness for different locations, Kirk Rd Marco's excellent service and very considered to what I had experienced! I will order from Kurk Rd location from now on!

Usually the pizza here is delicious. This most recent time, Both the pizzas I ordered were doughy and uncooked. The staff usually has some negative energy that I can generally ignore because the pizza is (was) so good. Having said this I'm DONE with Marcos. There are too many pizza places around here that will give service with a smile and actually cook the pizza all the way through. Ps. The top part of my receipt was blackened (by heat) so I didn't have the information to complete the survey and bless them out there. Coincidence?

I ordered XL pizza, light sauce, jalapenos and tomatoes. I don't even like tomatoes. Delicious. They even cut it in these perfect little pieces and it works out great for my little kids.

So I came in this past friday.... it was easy feeding for my g kids.... I got 2 pizzas a salad and the brownie.... food was good staff was friendly.... the person who accepted my money for the order the total was 47$ Plus some change.... I gave her 60 dollars... she gave me 10 dollars And the change back.... she didn't give me a receipt I asked for one.... while she was printing I threw 5 dollars and the change in the tip jar....when I got to the car I looked at the receipt she shorted me 2 dollars.... I know it doesn't seem like anything... but it's the principle for me.... its Christmas time! I will not be coming back to this marcos I'll go to Girard before I drive 6 mins up the street I looked up the marcos fb page I cannot leave a private message... there is no place to leave a message also looked you up on Twitter to.... nothing...

The people were very friendly, and our food was out fast. Our pizza was amazing, and we enjoyed sitting at the high chairs inside while eating our pizza. I inserted a picture of the empty pizza box because we smashed lol.

Great food and service when ordering in person or on the phone and paying with cash . If you order online or on some app with a credit card don’t expect the same service or quality. Just how it is .

Placed my order for 3 pizzas and cheesy bread at 9:42pm. It's a Friday so I expected to wait. Their timer said 50 minutes which was fine with me. When an hour came and went I called the store, gave my name and asked if my order was out for delivery yet. They put me on hold, then came back and said they were busy and completely overlooked my order. Again I understand that. But the person on the phone barely made coherent responses and sounded like they were high. I was told to call back at 11:30pm if I still hadn't gotten my food and they'll cancel my order and refund me. That's all fine and dandy for them, but there are now no stores open and no way for me to feed my family. I normally love their pizza, but lately anytime I order it's a struggle. So yeah. Waiting over an hour and a half for food I might not even get. To say I have gone from understanding to upset is an understatement.Update. Order arrived at 11:27. Driver was pretty annoyed at delivery.
