Every single time I go to this location, the food quality is poor, the employees have poor attitudes, it’s not consistent at all and lack of care throughout the establishment is seen everywhere. 9/10 times your waiting in line for your 3 item order for more than 5 minutes in the drive thru with nobody infront of you. Every bagel and item with a bun is usually burnt. Most employee attitudes show that they are not caring or considerate. Upper management, above the general manager position should re-evaluate the entire team. Maybe a coaching. At this point, I’d rather drive to the midlothian or 224 location even though this one is a half mile away from my house.

This place is garbage. I posted on my YouTube channel made me a fresh burger that felt like a wet greasy sponge. Spilled grease all over my clothes my car. They were too busy watching the eclipse. They were all standing in the drive thru lane smoke and vaping. I walked right past them had to turn around because no one was in the store. No one washed their hands when making the food which is a health violation. I have it all on camera will be blasting the heck outta this place. Get all my followers to contribute. I have 2 dogs at home cleaner than this. And I doordash if this is the service I get I'm sure you get the worst. Sorry but will reject all orders from here. I don't wanna help them make money. Even tho they were all standing outside for half an hour. And they cus worst than a drunken sailor. Which so do I but not at work. Paid over 7 dollars for a junk burger like their food is even that good to charge such a price....

Horrible experience, all the workers were too concerned about an eclipse happening than to actually do their jobs. Almsot every worker was standing outside, a car pulled into the drive thru ahead of me, and a worker shouted "tell him to wait". Not to mention when the workers walked back in didn't see a single worker wash their hands after smoking and vaping outside. Major health violation! I bought at double quarter pounder sandwich leaked grease all over the bag all over my clothes, made the bun extra soggy asked for a new one the said they're made fresh which is why it's greasy. Never had a fresh issue like that before.

FIRST I DON’T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A 1 STAR!!!!!! We went there tonight to get food and we ordered our stuff and we got home and checked and they had the right order put into the machine (which was a burger) but didn’t make the food RIGHT! We took it back and came back again with the burger and took a bite right into to it to find out it was RAW. We took it back again. ALSO THE FRIES WERE COLD. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN‼️ Not to mention the people that are bagging up food are too worried about the cars behind you and not worried about giving you your food. DON’T COME HERE PLEASE! ????????

This is the view from the men's bathroom. Notice anything wrong? I planned on getting lunch. I walked out and went somewhere else when I saw this. No damn soap. I shouldn't have to bring it to the attention of the staff to fix. This is something that should of never happened because I know bathroom checks are supposed to be done frequently, like once every 30 minutes. Definitely avoid eating here. Imagine all the bodily fluids that now just contained the food they're service from each person that entered this bathroom to use it
