just left here after waiting for fries wasn’t aware i was supposed to pull forward more and the guy is on his phone and gives me an attitude telling me “are you gonna pull forward” with a dirty look on his face as well. would not recommend going to this one after how he acted he’s lucky i didn’t get his name. i also ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and there is only 9 he clearly can’t count either.

Years ago I posted a negative review of this McDonald's, which was warranted. But they have completely turned this around. Drive thru is quick, even when it seems like the line is long. Food now is always hot, and fresh. They have made this McDonald's the way McDonald's is to be enjoyed. I was impressed when an order had hot fries and hot mcnuggets, which I figured one would be warm or cold. This McDonald's has been so impressive I keep coming back cause when McDonald's is good, it's a great. I went out of town and stopped at a terrible McDonald's, which made me appreciate this one even more

I’m gonna be honest, everything in me wants to give this one star review, but sometimes the food is slightly better than one star, and the place itself is decently clean, especially compared to some McDonald’s I’ve been to. If you go in the morning for breakfast, you’ll probably have a much better experience at this McDonald’s. That seems to be when they got it all together but if you go at night or even in the evening like I did, oh my goodness be prepared to wait nonsensical times. The last few times that I’ve been to this McDonald’s I found myself waiting at a minimum of 15 minutes with one time closer to 30 minutes. To me that’s insane. Don’t get me wrong, I want to be incredibly understanding to the workers, whether they are shortstaffed, people are taking breaks, or they’re really busy at the moment, but at least today I was watching their drive-thru screens from the inside, & they only had two people in their drive-thru. I’m standing at the front counter, waiting for employee to at least ask me what my order was but instead I’d only get occasional glances from the workers in the back with no communication whatsoever. Even the manager (I’m assuming given what he was wearing) would look at me multiple times from the back & just continue doing his own thing. Then finally when my order was ready, he just walked out dropped it on the counter said no words to me, no eye contact, & just walked away. That’s from the manager too. I feel management is supposed to represent what an employee of McDonald’s looks like in the best light, but that customer service was atrocious. I would let it go if it was just a bad night, but this is now the third or fourth time that I’ve come into this McDonald’s & this has been the case. There are two McDonald’s down the road and either direction. If you don’t mind to drive, I would say go to those ones way before you go to this one especially the one in Canfield that one is by far the best out of the three. But man, if you have to go to this one, do it during breakfast time because once the evening crew gets on, it seems like everything just falls apart.

Im all for having fun at work but I wish the staff wouldnt dance around the kitchen and talk about UTIs and their menstral cycles while customers are waiting.
