We enjoy going here the Pho is really good. The owner was very nice (Nancy ) and talked to us and asked us how the food was. Interestingly, LV is actually the initials of her children and not short for love. Will be back!Pro tip- upgrade the Pho to XL size.

The food was just ok. The pho was nothing special and the egg rolls seemed to have been fried too long or in old oil. The reason we would never go back is the service. The staff did not crack a smile, were not friendly at all and never checked on us. We had to wait a long time to get the bill even after asking. They seemed unhappy to be there and treated all of the guests with the same apathy.

The server was great and kind. I have been here many times and the food has been excellent every time but today I decided I won't come back. I found a leg of an insect on a plate of food I was served. The chicken tasted like it was marinated for too long, tasting like it was going bad/spoiled. I loved this business, but I will not be coming back.

Disappointed at the food. Came here bc I was in the area and the reviews say superb things about this place. The food was overpriced, I had two pieces of meat in my pho and the flavor of the broth is meh…Please don’t waste your money here. I find better pho in Cleveland and for a better price. The service was great though, the waitress was kind. Also the restaurant is really dirty and the bathroom… you can imagine

Excellent pho and nirvanas iced coffee, spring rolls I like a little more Thai Basil in it but the shrimp was plentiful and sauce awesome with a couple drops of chili oil.

We all work hard for our money folks, the service and food we received was terrible. My 30cent ramen noodle at home taste better. The lady maybe the owner kept on asking me about her wonderful pho broth, which taste like water, I just smile. If you are looking for something quick tasteless and expensive then this is the place for you, but if you want authentic then this is not the place in my opinion, I just hate seeing people spend a good amount of money on food and be dissappointed

This is the second time that we have been to this restaurant. I’d rate our first experience as a four. This second experience was not as good. First of all, the egg rolls tasted like they had been burned in old oil. The other dishes that my husband and I ordered also tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. And the dishes had very little taste and no sauce that we noticed. I had to load my dish (Vegetarian stir fried egg noodles) up with duck sauce just to make it edible. And my husband (BBQ pork fried rice) threw most of his meal in the trash can. I don’t think that we will return for a third time.
