Parking: Why is this asking me about parking? There is plenty of parking and access from two main roads.This a great restaurant with good people. Since the new owners took over they have really turned it around. I'm happy their company saved both Popeyes in this area. Since the new owners the food quality, service and professionalism has been great. Sure it's fast food but they offer flavors they other places don't, plus my orders have always been spit on. Keep up the good work!
I had two spicy chicken combos with mac and cheese and also coleslaw.Meant to take a picture but I did not. man it's so good I should go back and get another.

I usually don’t post reviews. But today I have to because I had best food ever. Order taker is so kind..he explained me the offers and deals and helped me getting best food at great deal. And the girl at the window has to be appreciated for her welcoming smile. I mean how can they be so good with customers? Everyone must visit this place…??

Terrible food. Ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes. There was hardly any chicken inside the the strip, it was like it was 2 days old. The mashed potatoes were box, the gravy burnt my mouth, had to take the potatoes back. We'll never go back there again.
Today I went through drive thru and ordered a 2pc combo spicy with small fries & drink.When I went to the window, the cashier (young black man who was very nice & calm) repeated my order - I corrected him & said, I don’t know what blackened is, I ordered a 2ppc spicy combo.He proceeded to fix the order.Here comes a man with headphone telling me I said I ordered blackened, I told him I did not and he continued to be rude & raise his voice.He was unprofessional, yelled at me, and instead of trying to correct their mistake, proceeded to put it on me instead.No apologies nothing.The chicken tasted spoiled & the drink tasted like seltzer water.

You can't use the Popeyes app to scan loyalty rewards. When you ask them to scan they will tell you no, even the manager says no. Popeyes customer service doesn't care and will close your notice. Food is okay for a Popeyes but customer service is a 0. Just go next door to Mission BBQ, they're much more customer centric.

It's not the food or the staff that I am complaining about. It was the fact that they charged me over $5 for a drink that was so gross and watered out and flat and then put a hunk of ice that looked like it came off of an iceberg which made my drink even worse. The only time I have ever paid that much for a drink was at a fair or festival . My advice is go across the street to McDonald's to get a better deal and a better drink. It left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. I've never spent more money for just a chicken sandwich and a drink I don't think I'll be coming back for a while.
