Didn't get in because no one seemed to care about unlocking the door at 3pm. When I called, a very rude lady answered and didn't say she would open the door. We went to Coaches across the street and got really nice ppl to take care of us. I called Pour House later and same ignorant lady answered and refused to let me talk to Mary the manager! You won't stay open with employees like that working there!!

Food was ok—The employee who took to go order on phone was so rude and unpleasant and this wasn’t the first time dealing with her. Won’t be calling for carry out again.

The atmosphere is nice. Cozy feel and well kept. Server was very nice. Pretty simple menu, which usually means a place does a few things very well. With that being said, the food was very disappointing. I had the garbage can nachos. The ground beef was not seasoned with taco seasoning and had the unmistakable flavor of meat that has been reheated in the microwave. The chips were apparently kept in a warmer or heated up in the oven before adding toppings and were left in too long. Additionally, they seasoned them with steak fry type seasoning salt. I wouldn't have even ordered the nachos, but I was told they were unable to make pizza because of staffing. That eliminated 25% of the menu right out of the gate. Good heavy pour on the drinks, so that helped dull my senses enough to eat the food. I will try again sometime and see if it was just a staffing issue.

What a "pour" experience. Had a date night with the hubs for the 1st time in forever and decided to try this. We got there and told them we prefer a table. It seemed to throw the poor girls off. They told us to grab an empty table in the back. No sooner than after we settled in, they told us the table was reserver and we had to move. Ok, fine. We get tucked in the very back corner and wait what felt like forever for our server to bring menus. The drinks were terrible and took forever to arrive. Everything we tried to order was not available and the food we did get was tragic. I ended up with fried pickle chips. They arrived in a cute metal dish but were drowning in old grease. My hubs trash can nachos belonged in the trashcan. Microwaved meat, unrelated cheese, and half the topping were missing and the chips looked to be days old burnt and covered in Johnny's seasoning. Overall disappointing and pricey. Sad...

My husband and I stopped in to have some dinner. It was pretty full so they seated us at a table in a side room. After we ordered they turned off the music and turned up the Tv which was wrestling. We asked if it could be turned down and were told no. I went to the manager and told him we would take our food to go due to the issue and he said ”we are a sports bar” and yet their sign does not say that. Due to his lack of concern for us as customers I said just cancel our order. He responded “I do not need your business”. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We left and went to another restaurant where we did have a great meal. We will never return to Pour House Bar and Grill (they do not need our business anyway).
