I absolutely love the smoothies at Pulp and the customer service I receive. The boardman location is always clean and the workers along with the owner are always so friendly! I highly recommend the blueberry dream!

pretty bad service stood in there for a few minutes with three workers not even looking at me or acknowledging me then I sit down because they clearly aren’t in a rush and they help someone that comes in after me even though I was standing there for minutes that’s how bad their awareness is luckily the nice woman said I was there first and then they finally helped me

Very expensive for frozen ingredients and not fresh. The protein packer claims to only have almond milk and peanut butter but that’s not true. It also contains some sort of sweetener maybe chocolate or sugar idk. The employees are rude more than likely due to the rude owner. Just looking at his feedback on the negative reviews and how snarky his responses are. Imagine how he treats his employees who are teenagers making min wage. Tropical cafe and fruillati have way better products and customer service

If the workers were actually attentive to their guests, it would be a higher rating. They seem to care more about chatting with each other then making the orders. I do love the Asian chicken wrap though! That’s the best!

The employees don’t seem to care about truly attending to the customers. They seem agitated almost every time I’m there- I don’t always like all the pre made smoothie options and sometimes like to alter and that seems to aggravate them. Maybe offer a build your own option? The product itself is good- love the protein packer (altered) but still! Would be 5 stars with a build your own smoothie option and some happy employees.

This is definitely the best location, but several times my smoothies haven’t been fully blended and the employees don’t seem very kind. Also have not been offered the free enhancer on several occasions. Seems like they’re in a hurry.
