The service was excellent! The food was very good. I am somewhat allergic to shellfish and the menu had plenty of items on it, other than shrimp and the usual shellfish. Those that ordered steaks said that they were prepared perfectly.

Got shellfish food poisoning within 30 min got sick n progressed got a fever felt absolutely terrible.. ruined the rest of my evening my sister took home crab legs and her son ate them got food poisoning as well went to emergency and diagnosed w food poisoning. Server let us know how terribly staffed you are as well but that doesnt mean serve food to customers who spend good money to get sick.. havent been here in a while.. and i remember why i havent.

This was the worst dinning experience. It will he the last time I will visit this place. The service was absolutely horrible and the food was all cold and overcooked! Right now I am just hoping to not get sick from eating here . The worst 80 dollars spent

I used to go to Red Lobster regularly when I was younger but have been to one three times within the last decade. Yesterday was my first visit to the Boardman location in approximately 7 years and will be my last for sure.The fact that everywhere around Red Lobster on 224 was busy except Red Lobster should have been a big enough sign to not to go there, but we still did.I realize a lot of restaurants are substituting cheaper ingredients, which was obvious in the biscuits. I think the frozen ones would have tasted more authentic.My meal also sucked. I can't remember the last time I actually had a meal so bad dining out.Will never be back. Too many good options out there.

"My wife and I chose Red Lobster to celebrate our special day, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food arrived late, and they were out of the advertised special. Despite it being our special day, they didn't offer any form of customer satisfaction. Overall, a disappointing experience."

Our visit was not very good. Out of almost every drink we tried to order. After we ordered our food, it took roughly 30 minutes for our appetizers . They brought our dinners approximately 5 mins after that. Then our house salads came after our meals.If they were busy, I could see things being hectic . That was not the case. There were very few patrons in the restaurant .Hopefully, it's just a bad day.
