Food ok. Employees rude and condescending. 3rd time ordering from here. Today I had to deal with 65 year old (I'm guessing) woman at the front counter. I'm thinking because of her advanced years and lack of manners she was the owner or owner's wife. She was pissed off because I had questions about the menu. Hope another local business doesn't close down because of their employees. Such a shame.

This place has gone horribly down hill. The only good redeeming quality is has is that the sandwich is great.On our latest trip, we ordered a giant sub and fries to share. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. Our fries had been left out, so they were cold. Luckily we dined in so we could send them back for fresh ones.We won’t be returning. This isn’t the sandwich factory we remember.

Ordered three subs and two fried mushrooms one of them was a ribeye got them home wrong sub drove all the way back ask for a new submits to be smart about it they made my new sub then we're playing around through the sub and it ended up dropping in the garbage so I had to wait for another sub to be made got it home and it was so greasy can barely send it ended up throwing half of it out very unsatisfying experience

Denying customers legal tender above $20 bills. Stopped in to get dinner for myself and my family and was told they DO NOT ACCEPT $50 bills. By law they don’t have a choice of bills. I can understand a $100 bill but the fact that I had to take the time out of my day to be turned down based on a legal tender is absurd. All in all the food is good, but can’t pay if you’re stuck with cash so you’re screwed. Bs on the owners part.

I was so embarassed by the little girl at front register! When you scan card 1ST thing comes up is how much of a tip you want to leave?! I asked what the screen was and said id lije to bypass it she says loudly.. "You dont want to leave a tip"?!?! She walked over and told the guys making my sub. Why do i need to tip a cashier, or a kid making a sandwich??!! I was getting one sandwich! To go!! My girlfriend went in and accidently put $15 as a tip and said "wait i only meant to leave $3... "I cant do anything about it" the little girl said. I WONT EVER BE BACK!! Shame cuz ive always loved roast beef n swiss.

Skip the sides and just get the sub… 5 fried mushrooms for $4 and about 7 onion rings for $4.50 and so greasy!

This place has gone down hill majorly. The food is awful, bad portion, and if you get a sub, it is basically bread. Everyone there clearly doesn't want to be there. The customer service is awful. The ONLY good thing in my last experience was a boy, I believe his name was Matt. He went out of his way to make sure things were remade correctly, even though he didn't make the food to begin with. He had good customer service, was the only one who apologized for the screw ups and actually cares about the job. Give that boy a raise!!!!!!
