I come here almost every morning before work and my Bertista knows my order by heart. She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcomed. My coffee is always perfect when shes there i wish i remembered her name. I came this afternoon and she knew it was me even though it wasn't a weekday. Also this starbucks in general is the only one I ever been too that doesn't question or mess up my drink. I live in struthers and drive to the liberty location even though boardman is closer because it is never made right there. This starbucks and staff are Amazing. ?

Visited Starbucks for matcha and bread while feeling sick. Ordered a medium drink but got a small cup, and the bread was ungrilled with questionable filling. Disappointing experience overall.

Made a mobile order and it took 40 minutes of waiting the sandwich was done immediately and by the time I got my 1st drink to the order the sandwich was cold and then waited 15 more minutes for the 2nd one, finally said something they tried saying someone else took the order but the whole time they had it sitting in the back and it was melted and gross by the time they gave it to me never will go to this Starbucks again!

What I don't like is that Starbucks acts like everyone enjoys the experience and waiting 20-30 mins for your order whether it's in the drive thru or inside. We also don't like that the coffee is usually not consistent. We only go for my daughter.
