I was waiting for my boyfriend to text me back on what kind of milkshake to place my order and two creepy workers came out and called the police on me without even speaking to me. I wasn’t loitering or anything. Soooooo sorry for absconding your territory. So- these two idiots freaked me out and I prematurely placed my order without hearing back yet. Needless to say: he wasn’t happy with what I picked for him. Thanks a lot! How about speaking to the individual instead of calling the police on them. I felt extremely uncomfortable and sickened at this behavior.

I paid almost $9 for triple hamburger and when I get home it a single burger with cheese. A simple order that can’t be filled and these workers want $15 an hour. Ridiculous smh!!!!

The burgers have gone down hill. The buns are terrible and don’t think it’s worth going back. Have tried it several times .and it’s like eating old buns Fries are the same. Worst burgers. At one time they had the best.

Used to love when it was a sit down service restaurant. Lost a little in the current format, but still visit there a few times per month as the kids like their burgers and fries. Have had a few occasions with drive thru when the fries were not hot. There are some good values on the menu.

Love the vibe in the building. It really takes you back in time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Years ago the food used to be a lot better and burgers a lot bigger. It's expensive and not really worth the money anymore.

There isn't anyone to take orders, it's all online or on kiosks. The kiosks were super laggy and took multiple screen taps for a response. Then, the kiosk asking for a tip at the end was insane. The food came out reasonably quick and was good. I tried using my app for the free specialty shake, and it kept saying there was an error. All in all not a great experience

First of all the food was exactly like you would expect at any steak and shake. The restaurant was spotless as were the rest rooms. Where the whole experience fell apart was it is almost a totally automated restaurant. As you enter,a stressed out manager points you to a kiosk to order and hovers making sure you do it correctly. To get a beverage,you must scan part of the receipt. The food was prompt. They now call your name and you get your order.I suppose it is what it is,but it was uncomfortable and reminded me of my youth spent reading dystopian novels like 1974 and Brave New World. It was automated and bland.
