The food is ok I did like the empada's the chicken ones but the service stinks cause if you can't tell me what all you count on the receipt why are u working there or why can't you train better....don't just tell me have a Great day....like you where dismissing me ......the customer! SO DUMB!

We were over charged for items we did not order. Eating out is once a month event because we simply can not afford it. I was charged for a Mexican pizza I did not order and I was charged and given a nacho belle Grande, when I ordered a nacho supreme. Big difference.in price. I was also given a hard taco that had remnants of tomatoes on it. I can not eat tomatoes so therefore I could not even eat the taco or pizza. I am VERY disappointed with our visit today!

Used the drive-thru at about 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, they're obviously was a problem in the kitchen because service was extremely slow and when we did get our food one item was missing meat, and the burritos were so poorly put together that we could barely eat them with our hands. We did get a free Taco coupon for our wait which did help, but it was a bad night at this Taco Bell

Ordered on line 15 minutes before end of breakfast. When we arrived at exact time told couldn't have food then replacement was incorrect! Refused to give us a corporate number. Gave us # for area "coach" who blew us off!

ordered food at 10:45 on app and allowed to pay when we drove to get it we were told too late for breakfast. the replacement meal was done incorrectly and we were given an oh wll attitude and they refused to give a corporate # would only give us "coach" jeremy's # 330-367-9935. talked to him and he said he would investigate and call back in a few minutes and then ghosted us. called back for corporate # and told to look it up on line!! called and basically blown off again. never had an experience this bad or upsetting!

We stopped for dinner on a normal weekday during business hours and the doors were locked. It isn't always convenient to order take out. I would think they would want business being that they are located right in front of the stadium, but guess not!!!!
It was somewhat later in the evening and this taco bell pulled through great with their five dollar combo box. It's one of the better ones around and I would suggest it over the one in Austin

Me and my Boyfriend came in and we ordered but we had to wait a bit because they were getting drive through orders back to back and a lady came up to us and said "Did you guys get your food?" And we said no and she said that she was sorry and that it will be out soon. We thought nothing of it and knew it was probably the drive through backing them up. But then the lady came over with 2 small cups and said "Again we are so sorry for the wait". We were confused but touched because it was no big deal. So we get our drinks and then get our food and noticed there were cinnamon twists with our food too. It was a really gesture and we were very thankful. Service and food 5 stars⭐

put chicken in my burrito when i subbed it for potatoes!! ive been vegetarian for a year and i ATE CHICKEN! ive worked in fast food so im not about to be angry at the workers but let this just pls be a warning to make orders (especially ones without meat) CORRECTLY. omg worst day of my life bye. called to complain and the manager didnt really care and just gave a robotic response to come in so she could fix it but at that point i had already ate the chicken and cried ? luvs u taco bell foreva but i will never eat taco bell again probs. damnit
