I am so sick of getting ripped off at this location. Something is always missing from my order and how does half of my $6 quesadilla not have anything in it?

I'll start by saying the staff has always been SO kind. I love that, but I always order my tacos supreme and I'd say they actually make them supreme about 30% of the time. I know it's not a lot of money but you do pay extra for that and the fact of not getting the food you ordered isn't great. I just wish they'd pay more attention to stuff like that.

This isn't my normal Taco Bell store, but it was far more pleasant than my niles branch. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch I love it like always but my Beefy melts were changed and I miss them. They replaced them with the double beef burrito and there was no crunch but it was still okay just not the same. Over all a better experience then my own taco bell store
I ordered off the app, the app has said the food was ready. I proceeded to go in to get my food I was not greeted by anyone n waited about 10 minutes when another customer came in for their grab n go order and was handed their food so I proceeded to say I was there for an order and was finally handed my food and when asked where the freeze I had ordered was the guy at the counter had said the machine was down, asked if I'd be reimbursed the one girl thought it was for a door dash order and when she found out it was my order i was picking up asked if i wanted a fountain drink instead i said sure but then realized a freeze is a dollar or so more and my food was essentially cold/ luke warm

Everytime i order through this place through doordash they send me 1% of my order and then refuse compensation even when i have proof from pictures from drop off photos. I would not recommend eating from this place. They just rip you off time after time and thats very unprofessional. Im calling their corporate office next. Doent over $30 on meals and received a bag of napkins and 1 burrito.
