Very good. The chicken was juicy and not dried out. The Jojos were very creamy inside. Job well done. The only part I didn't like was climbing all the steps to get there since they are now in the former Upstairs Restaurant on Mahoning Ave

They always seemed busy to me, there was a lot of customers coming in and out and now this place just closed up for good. I pulled in the parking lot and the windows were covered with brown paper bags, the chicken sign was taken off the Marquee and it was just wiped off the face of the earth. I don't know if they moved or closed up for good. I will have to make 1 more trip there to see if they left a note on the door. Sad to say, But yes, this place is done. Another good Restaurant food establishment gone , this is really getting sickening.

A carry out only. But the chicken has been fabulous across the years. A bit pricey when compared to other franchises, but it is well worth the money. Only caveat would be you have to like garlic. Other menu items have been fantastic. Everything is cooked to order, so there is a small wait(15 mins). And the chicken is fresh and very hot when you receive it. However, I've been eating this stuff for over 50 years. There is no other like it.

Terrible charged $52.50 for a $35.99 bucket and when questioned the manager just said they have to make a profit somewhere

Terrible customer service. The menu was way under priced and when questioned about why my order that should be $35.99 was now 52.50 the manager said well chicken went up we have to make a profit somewhere. Disappointing

My family and I had the 4 piece chicken dinners, the food was amazing. Best fried chicken, I also had Texas potatoes and coleslaw. Great place for dinner

I'm very disappointed. The fish was fried very hard slighy burnt. . Green beans, baked beans, cole slaw and mac n cheese were awful. The chicken was the best of all.I did ask to taste a sample of side dishes; but employees (who were alllll super nice ?) are not permitted to do so. I now know why. My family and I used to love this restaurant.We will not be back.- threw away the inedible food,, went straight to mission bbq... loved our meal.

My first and last time ever going here. My chicken was raw in the middle and when I called to let them know the girl who answered the phone called me a liar because no one else called and complained,mind you I was one of the last orders of the night. I have video and pictures of my chicken its raw. She said I have to save the chicken over night and bring it back in today. They wouldn't give me a refund and they wouldn't give me corporate or the owners number they claim they dont have either now thats LIES.

Stay away from the chicken tenders and the coslaw stick to chicken only. Too expensiveI won't go back or renamed it.
