I greatly dislike dealing with auto service dealers, including my dealership that I purchased my cars. BUT WESTSIDE **** ********** IS A WELCOME CHANGE. I purchased my tires here, all 4. They qouted me a decent $$$ for Michelin ($$$), I accepted the offer; when the tires arrived they gave me A LOWER PRICE!!! They said they came in a little lower than qouted: who does that??? Today I had tires rotated, get the **** PROTECTION PLAN, it's great. Fast, easy, no sales pitch to get more work, safety inspection. They are all great. Glad they are nearby.

Never knew about Westside tire and service and I've been living in Youngstown since 2012 and let me tell you I wish I knew about this company when I first decided to change tires on my cars they are so professional and the wait time just to change my tires isn't long at all it was exactly an hr plus I had 4 ppl ahead of me that's how fast they are to top it off they have this reward program that you can use towards oil changes or any of your service needs I haven't been to one dealer that offers that service to help you save on pretty pricey services I definitely recommend anyone to go here for any of their car service needs because I will definitely be going there again thanks for the great customer service guys

My girlfriend called and complained because they made her food wrong and it was cold. We ordered through door dash. We had no idea which restaurant made it and called them all until this one claimed the order . The manager there said we need only give her name and it will be as good as replaced. Even tho this does not replace the doordasher fee which annoyed us. A few weeks later we decide we want to get the replacement last night. I get sent to go get our order and no he's not there. I explain the issue and she calls him to tell me you need a receipt or someway to claim you are who you are. WAIT WAIT WAIT WHY did the manager say just give a name and your good???????

This was our first time going. It really see.ed to have a bit of everything. We were seeing a show in the downstairs which had a separate bar. There is a bar upstairs, bowling, a live music stage and a game area! The outside patio seemed nice as well but it was too cold.
