?? staff need to wash their hands to many in there licking their fingers then boxing the pizza. Yuck! Rude and never see any wrong in what they do.

Wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole. Order for a timed pick up; rude staff laughed when arrived on time stating they forgot. Told me to wait. Owner/Boss laughed and said here’s $5 for the wait. Wanted money back, they got worse. Also a ten or younger child working! “Bring your child to work day” he stated!

This was a go place for wings. Just 2/3 years ago they had a .75 cebt wing special on Sunday. Then we had the supposed wing shortage and that was done. Really. We used to throw wings away! In the last month or maybe 2 westside has increased there cost of an order of wings from 12.99 to 16.99. Really?? Rhis is not a cola type of increase. This is just pure greed. Shame. Ecause they ARE good with many choices of flavors

Delighted with the service today. We had a small family gathering so I called last night to put the order in. She said it would be ready at 11am. I'm always early to places so I was pleasantly surprised that the order was ready 10 minutes early which allowed me to get to our family gathering on time. The pizza was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. I got the quad so everyone had several choices and the price was great!

I would not recommend the place anyone new looking to try a new spot,or if your on lunch avoid it.Place is too sketchy on their food being ready during posted hours. So not worth the risk driving clear there when your on limited time.Honestly if a owner of the business is unconcerned about having their wears available at posted time then their food will reflect that effort as well.Reason for review follows.Called right at 10:30, their posted open time, to make sure they had food ready and had slices since I had been to 3 other places and called 2 others in the area and been disappointed , but Erin(owner said her name and im thinking that is what he said her name was) responded they did. I get there and customer sitting outside eating, walk up grab the handle and...The door is locked.Customer hollers in to see if they are open and guy said 15 minutes."Then how is this customer getting their food if nothing is ready" I say and the guy inside says "Ah he is a regular"I don't really see how that made food that "wasn't ready for 15 more minutes" suddenly ready 5 minutes before I even got there but what ever.So I walk over to the gas station to grab a pop and by the time I walk back out, 3 minutes tops, they are now open. Great I can finally eat!Walk in owner asks what I'm looking for I say a slice and he responds " 6 more minutes on slices".I respond "if your stuff isn't ready then why are you open?""We're running a little behind" the owner responds.I said " not the point, I called, the girl who answered the phone said it was all ready.""Well I guess Erin told you wrong, but it's not ready it's not ready, I'm not going to have a staring contest with you over it. So either wait and or leave, doesn't matter to me. " the owner said.I wasted my lunch break driving over there, regular customers are getting served before they even open(no way dude ate a whole pep roll in 3 minutes because i showed up right at 10:33 and he was taking last bite...All of which only to be lied to again by the owner when he was asked how long(15 minutes) to come back 4 minutes later to find them open but all of their product still not ready to purchase. Then I get called a bad name for telling the owner that's bad business in so many ways to lie like that and not be ready when they are posted to be SERVING LUNCH!Better way of owner handling it would of been offering a free slice with one purchased and a apology. Not arguing and calling customers names. And yes I got a little terse with him, I just been lied to twice and rudely greeted because I asked why wasn't the food ready during posted times.Owner seems more concerned about personal pride then doing service for the customer.

The same outstanding delicious pizza I remember & loved when I lived in the YTown area (born & raised in Struthers). Came back to the area & treated myself to a 12 piece sheet with onions and mushrooms. YUMMY & THANK YOU WESTGATE!

My husband and I get a Brier Hill pizza and sit at their picnic tables. It is oddly relaxing to sit there talking and watching the cars go by. The food is delicious, reasonably prices and the service is excellent. What more can you ask for.
