Went thru the drive thru. Service was awful because he didn't hear everything I said for drinks. Only heard the food I ordered. Got to the window was only gonna give me 3 drinks of the 6 I ordered. Food was good but definitely poor customer service. Training definitely needed.

Come here to order food for my lunch but instead of only getting food that I order I also get a criticism by an employer name Karissa she start pointing out and criticizing about my accent which is unnecessary. She said that my accent is really too heavy and she really have a hard time to understanding me.

Pros nice food friendly crew for the most part clean and the cons are check your order before you leave they messed up on my sandwich 3 x and I gave up after the 3rd one Granted it is a special sandwich I have made of the old turkey subs they use to have but other than that a few times they have been a little busy but usually there really good lastly SUPER EXPENSIVE I got a roast beef sandwich the turkey sub 2 sliders and mozz sticks and it was like 30 dollars but ughhh.... Cost is up everywhere so u get what u pay for which is delicious
Found a tea bag in the bottom for my Ice Tea....I hope that's what it was.

I had a school discount the manager on duty said they didn’t have a key to give the discount, I told her it wasn’t true, she said they didn’t have to honor the discount when I said she did. She got so mad she cussed at me and she finally let me have the discount, I turned her in and I haven’t heard anything. This happened in the Zanesville Ohio, Maple Ave. restaurant, I will never deal at an Arby’s again.

Large free parking lot. Good staff. Food is okay too. But my grade is 4. There is a fifai but for some reason occasionally disappears. Inside comfortable sofas and chairs. Good pleasant colors of the room. You feel comfortable. I recommend to visit.
