I never write reviews but I couldn’t believe it.I stopped for a quick breakfast this morning & got a bacon/ egg croissant with the hash browns and french toast sticks. The girl that gave me my food never smiled or said thank you. I just know they put my sandwich in the microwave because it was so hot I couldn’t even hold it and the whole thing was slimy and greasy ? the french toast sticks were so hard and not warm at allThe hash browns were surprisingly okay. I’m guessing the rest of my food was made who knows how long before ? My boyfriend told me stay away and I didn’t listen so that’s what I get I guess ??

Worst chicken nuggets I have ever tasted!!! Sandwiches and fries were cold. Only thing we ordered that tasted good was the Dr. Pepper. We only live 5 minutes from the Burger King on Maple Ave.

Ordered candied bacon well it would have been great if the bun and meat wasnt cold!Especially for the price?. You need to check when you serve to see if it is up to temperature. Shame on you! Plus it didn’t look like the picture??I called to let them know and she said I need to bring my receipt in well the girl DID NOT give me one so they said there was nothing they could doWhat a scamThis is BULL. They are very very rudeThey should talk to the one who waited on me???

What else can I say about this establishment that the rest of the 1 star reviews haven't? While at my visit here, the hillbillies employed here engage in not washing hands. Cross contamination of food products and 5 gallon pickle buckets being used for food waste by the fryers. People would throw over timed food products across the kitchen to hit the waste buckets, and if they missed , it would lay there until someone cleaned it up. If you ever wonder what you'll get here while walking across the parking lot, the answer may be botulism. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Okay so most of my visits here are great,foods always good,in and out pretty fast but it's been gone down hill a lot this last month,it literally took one employee to change my mind,allison,I went in to get my normal after my shift at genesis I walked up to the counter to order before she even comes to the counter already rolling her eyes and sighing heavily (I get everyone has bad days so whatever) I start to order I say one thing she basically yells and what else? I tell her small fry and small drink she then slams the cup down the counter gets back on her phone....so still whatever I go to get my food and notice I still don't have my frys,I didn't want to ask but did anyways and was met with a horrible attitude then to hear her walking away cussing,I come back the next day same horrible attitude like please go back to the ghetto gutter you came from before you clock in with that attitude if I went to the hospital and clocked in with that attitude waddled around cussing people out I surely,would not have a job.

Employees were loud and rambunctious entire visit, speaking so loudly I can tell ypu new manager new shifts and how the current manager felt about her. Food yasted hours old. We got everything we ordered but were less than polite throught the process. Was so cold inside felt like we were outside eating.

This is one splace where no matter how plainly you order, they repeat it back correctly, but you NEVER GET IT YOUR WAY!!! Evidently they hire people who prepare the orders who can't read. I ordered a new mushroom swiss melt (I suppose it was right,) but when we got to the double whopper with cheese & extra cheese, mustard and onion only, there was one slice of cheese, a tiny dab of mustard, and 2 strings of onion for the whole sandwich, and one of those was from the tough outside of the onion you could hardly bite through. Shoddy at best, made by people who could care less about customer satisfaction. You have to have customers to have a JOB people! Eventually folks find other places to patronize. That's the point where I find myself. Good luck keeping the doors open at this location!
