One time out of the last three times that I've ordered my food my order was made properly and it's very simple a crispy cheese pizza "well done"... I rated them three stars because they're never consistent but I do think if they was consistent they could be one of the best places in town to get pizza

Will not waste money here again. The pizza came in a decent time, but upon opening the box the pizza was partially sold to one side(probably from delivery). The pizza dough was soggy worse than a sponge, the toppings were fine. I don't know much about their baking process, but they should bake the dough partially before the toppings then add the toppings and bake for a little longer. I used to live their pizzas, and I'm sad the quality has went down. Sorry for the negative review, but people should know what they're paying for.

We haven’t been in maybe 20 years. When I lived in Zanesville we used to come in from time to time. They definitely updated the inside. Pizza has a great outer crust and soft underneath (if that’s your thing). Salads are basic but great. Calzone was superb. Although i will say they need to sharpen their pizza cutter. Nice waitress for us as well.

Order two subs come to $25 the Italian dressing was very sour and I don't think it was Italian dressing The sub buns were very dully tasted like flower and had to bite down five times to get it too bite ,break bread, very chewy and tasted completely like flour and uncooked fresh dough, I cooked and managed restaurants for 25 years it's one of the worst subs I've ever had I only ate half of the sub I ordered from salazanesville I'll never order from there again, I have only complained about food maybe twice in my life and this will be number three.

I ordered online, paid $12 for just a SALAD! Then i go to pick it up only to see that they are closed but there are a bunch of employees in there goofing off and will not open the door after i’ve already paid for a salad i never got

No entry into the building so i parked & ordered a sub. It was ready in 10 minutes so i drove to the window, claimed my Upside reward and paid with my card on file. The whole sub was only a buck or two more so I upsized. Next time i get a sub it will be from Crenos.
