I came in for a pickup that said it was ready and they forgot to make something I ordered so I had to wait but there’s 2 customers in front of me waiting on similar issues. There’s also a screw driver holding up a monitor.

Love the pasta and Chicken, Bacon, Ranch subs. My husband loves the pizza so this is our go to when we can't agree on where to go. I gave it 4 stars just because I was given misinformation on the coupons. The manager told me I could not use 2 coupons on 1 order. She was wrong. You can. I used the $6.99 coupons I b and a $3 off coupon from my last order on the following order from when we spoke. I just think the manager should of known that.The food is great though. U
I've ordered from this dominos dozens of times over the past 3 years and I've never received a messed up order, the delivery driver has never been late or rude. food has always been hot and delicious, regardless of what pizza or app I order. that being said, I can't wait for my order to get here

Terrible experience. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait and never heard anything for an hour. I called them and asked the status of my order and was told it would be ready shortly. I received a notification on the app that my delivery driver would be there shortly. Another 30 minutes later and I still had not heard anything. I called them back again and was told that my order had “just left the building”. Something obviously isn’t lining up with their customer service…..
