I had to wait awhile back for my order so the manager gave me a few coupons to use at a later date. Well when I went back I realized one of the coupons had expired however they honored the coupon for my meal regardless so nice job

Always fresh food & their milk shake & ice creammachines ARE ALWAYS WORKING EVEN past 9 p.m.!!The management & crew are always working hard. They are always communicating and working as a team . The vibe has been relaxed but professional and always polite and smiling . The inside has always been acceptable in the sense customers make messes at drink station , but the crew does their job to keep it put together and stocked fully.Vegetarian options: I don't pay attention to that honestly. I don't care for veggies, just being honest.Dietary restrictions: Unsure but I'm sure some accommodation can be made. Just ask nicy!Parking: Easy. Close and never a long line, yh6work like a well oiled machine .Kid-friendliness: No playground unfortunately, but they decorate each holiday and pf course they cater to kids. Every time I go to this McDonald's, they forget an item or screw up the order.
Mc Donalds on west 40 in Zanesville Ohio. We visited here on Sat March 2nd early afternoon. The fries were undercooked. The trash in the play area was overflowing. We were a group of 11 and my daughter placed an order of various ice cream for everyone and was told they would bring it out to us. A half hr later, nothing had been brought out. She went to check on it and it was all sitting on the counter melting. When my daughter got to the counter, the employee looked at her and said she couldn't find us. She had never came back to the play area to look as we were in the area right inside the door and no employee came through that door with ice cream. The milkshakes were like drinking milk. As it was a large order and we were done waiting she took the order and we left shortly after.
Night shift only past 12 anytime I go same terrible service I was also have worked at Mac Donald’s not her (thank god) and this is just lazy I see y’all on your phone while like 2 people run from back window to front instead of putting Luqid Mac sauce in a box go get cups from the back stop texting give others who actually do their job plus yours a break if you don’t have sauce cups don’t give out sauce cups say we don’t have any cups i don need this actually sauce in my bag side ways like I don’t want this leaking all in my bag do y’all know your managers is supposed to make sure someone has freezer from the backs fridges and sandwich line is all stocked up I worked in McDonald’s y’all don’t do good jobs are are just rude for no reason you make minimum wage because the job requires minimal effort but barley putting effort forth just sad to see people not doing the bare minimum work now a days still getting paid for not working or others doing their jobs to the ones who do actualy run around I see you and you guys are under paid idk how y’all have more then one star it’s usual thing I’d do a half of a star if I could

This place gets worse and worse. The team is rude. The fries not cooked all the way and no management seems to care. When you call the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. No one answers.
