Ordered curbside at 7:38 amSat in my car until 8:07 am …. Went in to check order. Still not ready , issues with coffee machine. Food still sitting and no one came out to let us know? This location was absolutely filthy. Fingerprints on all doors, floors not swept with condiments spilled. Bathroom even worse. 8:15am after asking to make my food again we finally get our beverages which were cold! I ordered a hot French vanilla latte (2) of them. So disappointed and repulsed by lack of hygiene throughout location. Didn’t offer to comp me or coupons for this horrible experience.

This is the worst God damn McDonald's I've ever been to. Doesn't matter if u come during busy hours, or at 2am. U better expect to be sitting in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. Currently writing this review as I'm sitting in the drive through. For 1 ITEM. It's been 15 minutes so far. And it's 2 AM!! When I FINALY got to the pay window, I was told the 1 item I got couldn't be made cause the shake machine was down. Surprise surprise. Don't ever order any ice cream products. You will surely be disappointed to be told at the pay window that the machines are down. Or if u do manage to get a frappe or a shake, they will not clean it and the cup will be sticky af. I live right across the street so I've been here several times and damn near every experience is like this. This place needs to get it together

They were def driving the struggle bus this morning! Had us pull forward from the drive thru, then had to go back in TWICE to get items forgotten!Edit- first time back in months, took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and had to go in because 2 drinks were out of syrup! This was after they told me I couldn't order "no ice" ! Terrible service!

I honestly don’t know how this place still makes money. Only reason this McDonald’s is still open is because of convenience, guarantee it. Only person in line for a cheeseburger the other night and waited 15 minutes just for them to come ask if I had got anything yet then ask what I ordered… breakfast from here is even more of spectacle let me tell you lol.

I ask for a fish dropped fresh and well done.they gave me what ever was all ready cooked .I gave it to my dog .
Been there in the last two days both times you guys have got my order wrong and they’re simple orders. The first one was a double cheeseburger combo was not correct and this morning I was there asked for a McMuffin with no egg combo and a crispy chicken biscuit made me pull over off the side with 10 other vehicles, then proceeded to get my order wrong gave me a Mc griddle instead and the crispy chicken went from a dollar to 399 and it was cold map Avenue McDonald’s you guys really need to get your stuff together I boycott you from here on out do better !!!
