The quality of Papa Johns has slipped quite significantly. The fact you are not talking to a person in the location you're ordering is a big negatory for me.

One of your drivers her name was Alexis delivered to us she used to be friends with my husband my old number is connected to my papa johns account and I can’t get it changed I guess she called it and decided to message my husband on Messenger to let him know a guy answered my phone big problem starter for no reason very unprofessional in my opinion

There d*** delivery driver backed into my vehicle as I was trying to leave there obviously the guy doesn't know how to use his mirrors or turn his head to look before backing out

I was accused of stealing 2 large pizzas and some wings I order for pick up I waited 15 minutes with my debit card in my hand the whole time and when the dude handed me the pizza he said its payed for and so did the dude with the earrings and ponytail look at your cameras I'm the dude with the brown leather jacket and black hat zoom in on my mouth you will clearly see me say its payed for? I was there around 7 pmdon't worry I still paid for it when they called me almost 2 hours later after it happened this is not the only time there was a problem at this papa jhons but I'm absolutely not going back. P.s the one star I gave you doesn't count you have to put at least one star to put a review lol
