Ordered online for pick up. When we got home it wasn't what we ordered. Had to call and got told they had no record of us ordering. Then they found our order. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time this happened. They did replace the order thank goodness.
I order from papa joins quite often, I spoke with cassie and she took my order. I had asked for a 2 liter of pepsi and a couple spicy garlic cups. I never got either of them....soon to find out she never put the 2 liter of pepsi on my order or gave me the spicy garlic cups. This may seem rediculous to most but its principle, taking pride in your job and doing it right. If yall didnt have spicy garlic or pepsi yall could of called me back and told me. I'm so tired of the service...read full review
