The only down side to this restaurant is that the corporate office sends out coupons in the mail that are pretty good only for the customer to be informed upon ordering that none of the franchises in our locale accept the coupons because the same office issuing said coupons does not reimburse the franchise for the use of the coupons. Shame on corporate for hanging the franchises out to dry on that one. But aside from that, my wife and I have no complaints. The service was great, the food was good and made how we ordered it, and it was a pleasant all-around experience.

We placed an order on the app at 0823.The orger was accepted and our account was charged They stated the order would be ready in 15 minutes. My son was there at 0845. Store was closed.No dinner, no return of funds.

Although I had just received coupons in the mail and only live a few blocks away, I was told they did not take coupons. The reason provided was the coupons come from Corporate and they are a franchise. I wonder if Corporate would agree? Hum.

This was the WOST costumer service I have ever witnessed in my life. And I have worked in costumer service for years. All 3 employees were bluntly rude. Not showing any emotion at all. Me and a few friends came in 30 MINUTES before close and they acted like it was 5. Whoever was working august 27th 2022 closing shift, should really get retrained on consumer service. So glad I don’t live in zanesville anymore.

The place was clean and the young man very friendly who made our subs. But prices seemed to have went up and with everything going up it’s understandable but as I was getting ready to check out I handed them my footlong coupon and was told abruptly by the girl checking me out, “We don’t take coupons!” Wow! How disappointing! Trying to save money with all the inflation and Subway sounded good but I guess we won’t be back to this subway anytime soon. ?
Love the tuna subs. Been buying them for thirty years.

I recieved coupons in mailI love subway so I stopped to use my coupons, I was told they don't except coupons!!!!!!Only 2 stores do , one out east by airport rd, and one in crooksville, needless to say, with gas prices over 4.00. I was not going 20 miles one way so I bought 2 subs and chips, I went to use my points card and they said the cash register reset its self and I could wait 10- 15 minutes, I was really upset and said this was not exceptable, last time I will go to this subway. Never got receipt or pointsEmailed subway corporation but never heard back. That was a week ago

Food was great, always made the way I like it, no matter if it was online ordering or walk in. Great place to get a quick bite to eat fast. The ladies at the Crooksville subway are really nice as well, always a pleasant visit when I walk in.
