place is dirty and stinks. people are not pleasing to look at and have no manners and aren’t welcoming. the extra gas is worth it to go to a different wendys. i wouldn’t be surprised if i found out they had roaches. trust me

We went through the drive-thru four orders all the same. Food and drinks correct but sauces for the nuggets incorrect. They gave me BBQ for all orders. Already down the road when this was discovered but worse has happened.

Easily the worst Wendy’s in zanesville. The drive-thru takes forever, the food is always cold or messed up, or they just forget to give it to you. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Had to go to McDonald’s for a Big Mac and tea bc they messed it up so bad. Even my dog won’t eat anything from this Wendy’s. Sad, that such a simple job has become too complicated for some individuals. Will not be back, they are consistent in one thing, and that’s getting your order wrong.
