Definitely cannot recommend this place for ordering cakes. Though prices are on the high side, I took a chance and made an order 5 days before the birthday party. I paid upfront and agreed on a time and day of pickup. I tried calling the day before to confirm the time of pickup for the next day but nobody answered. On pick-up day, 15 minutes before pickup time I got a call from them telling me that the cake wasn't ready. Upon enquiring, they hadn't even begun with my order and they said it might be another 2-3 hours for it to be ready. I requested a refund (which they did give back right away) and vowed to never EVER go back there. It is one thing to charge expensive prices but being pricey on top of an utter lack of professionalism is unacceptable on so many levels. They really don't have a clue on customer service and they didn't seem that apologetic either. Even if their cakes are semi-decent, never ever again!

The baked goods were great! We had a sandwich and soup for lunch. It wasn't out of this world, but was very good. Very clean nice little place. A tad pricey but a small business owner has to be to get by. The historic old downtown building is worth the visit alone! This girl is preserving a downtown building and living her dream! We will definitely keep stopping by for wonderful treats and sandwiches!
