I go here for the tea. It's hands down the best in town. My kids love their chicken. They are super fast in the drive through. Why the 2 star review? Kindness and customer service make all the difference. When I order, I am kind. If you are out of an item that is displayed on your menu - there are ways to politely say that. Being short, snappy and hateful does not make me want to return. I can gladly spend my money elsewhere. Everyone is short staffed these days. Remember CE staff -- It's not what you say - it's how you say it. Do better.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FIRST OF ALL I FOUND CHEWING GUM INSIDE OF MY STUDENT BOX ORDER. ABSOLUTELY GROSS. ? SECONDLY I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T GET A REFUND FOR MY ONE STUDENT BOX BECAUSE I ORDERED 3 OF THEM. THE LAST BUT NOT LEAST WHEN I ASKED THE SHIFT LEADER HARLEY WILLIAMS FOR HIGHER UPS INFORMATION HE WAS HE ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE & DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME HIS FULL NAME. ALL ASSOCIATES DIDN'T HAVE NAME TAGS, HAIR NETS OR APRONS FOR THAT MATTER. I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT EVER. THAT'S ON PERIOD. ?

Chicken livers were dried & crumbly. They had been sitting WAY too long and the cook should not have let them go out the door! I did return them & exchanged them for some chicken strips that unfortunately had no flavor. Didn't stop me from dipping them in gravy & eating them though. The sweet tea is always good! I will try the livers again. When they're fresh they're sooo delish!!
